True story:
I met an old man (muze) seated by the road side. I felt in my heart to talk to him. I went and greeted him and asked him grandpa why are you sitting here and the sun is very hot you are supposed to be at home as young people takes care of you.
He said my daughter thank you 🙏 so much for your concern and respect. If you are not on hurry I want to tell you my story and you should learn one important thing.
He said, he is begging by the road side not because he doesn't have relatives he has but no one cares about him. He is educated, he worked with different organizations, he had money, home, he loves people and was helping the church as well. He sponsored so many relatives and friends who are now doing well.
Some years ago he developed health issues and his life was just in hospital it took him so many years in that condition. He lost his job, money got finished ,he sold out his own house to get treatment. He lost his best friends and even rejected by his people. He didn't believe his eyes 🙄😳 the situation he was going through.
He was thinking those people will remember his good heart for them but he got opposite. Some of his friends can't even greet him in his current situation.
He said my daughter as you live in this world put this words of my in your mind
1- Not everyone has your heart.
2- Remember to invest for yourself
3- Know that even believers will forget you. That's why they don't care if you are ok or not.
4- Don't forget the bible says your own people will reject you when you have nothing because they need your support not you.
5- Lastly keep your heart focus on Jesus because he is your everything.
God bless you my daughter and continue to give you the eyes that sees what others can't see.
I couldn't control my tears 😭😭😭. I told him grandpa one thing I love from you is leaning and trusting in God that's the great lesson I learned

SIX LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES TO LEARN FROM AN EAGLE. 🦅

1. Eagles fly Alone and at High Altitudes - They don't fly with sparrows, ravens, and other small birds.

MEANING - Stay away from narrow-minded people, those that bring you down. Eagle flies with Eagles. Keep good company.

2. Eagles have an Accurate Vision - They have the ability to focus on something as far as 5km away. No matter the obstacles, the eagle will not move his focus from the prey until he grabs it.

MEANING - Have a vision and remain focused no matter what the obstacles and you will succeed.

3. Eagles do not Eat Dead things - They Feed only on Fresh Prey.

MEANING - Do not rely on your past success, keep looking for new frontiers to conquer. Leave your past where it belongs, in the past.

4. Eagles Love the Storm - When clouds gather, the eagle gets excited, the eagle uses the storm's wind to lift itself higher. Once it finds the wind of the storm, the eagle uses the raging storm to lift itself above the clouds. This gives the eagle an opportunity to glide and rest its wings. In the meantime, all the other birds hide in the branches and leaves of the tree.

MEANING - Face your challenges head on knowing that these will make you emerge stronger and better than you were. We can use the storms of life to rise to greater heights. Achievers are not afraid to rise to greater heights. Achievers are not afraid of challenges, rather they relish them and use them profitably.

5. Eagles Prepare for Training - They remove the feathers and soft grass in the nest so that the young ones get uncomfortable in preparation for flying and eventually flies/ when it becomes unbearable to stay in the nest.

MEANING - Leave your Comfort Zone, there is No Growth there.

6. When the Eagle Grows Old - His feathers becomes weak and cannot take him as fast and as high as it should. This makes him weak and could make him die. So he retires to a place far away in the mountains. While there, he plucks out the weak feathers on his body and breaks its beaks and claws against the rocks until he is completely bare; a very bloody and painful process. Then he stays in this hiding place until he has grown new feathers, new beaks, and claws and then he comes out flying higher than before.

MEANING - We occasionally need to shed off old habit no matter how difficult, things that burden us or add no value to our lives should be let go of.

5. Each Time a New Mansion Springs From The Earth, A New Grave is Dug Below The Earth.

6. Each Time You Throw Away A Morsel, Somewhere, Somebody is Searching For a Morsel To Survive.

7. Each Time You Throw Food Into Dustbin, Someone Is Looking For Remnant To Eat.

8. Each Time You Ask God To Promote or Change Your Present Situation, Someone Is Praying to Get To Your Present Situation.

9. For Each Smile On The Planet, There's a Drop Of Tear In Another Place On The Planet.

10. For Each Celebration Of Childbirth, There Are Tears of Burial.

11. Each Time You Urinate Or Drink Water, Remember Someone Is Using Pipe For The Same Purpose.
