Progress Update: St. Luke Parish Church Construction – Panpandiar
To the beloved members of Panpandiar Archdeaconry, Episcopal Diocese of Malek, the Adol community, our dear friends, partners, donors, and well-wishers,
Grace and peace to you all,
With great joy and gratitude, we are pleased to share that the long-awaited journey toward the construction of St. Luke Parish Church in Panpandiar has officially begun. This is not just a building project—it is a step of faith, unity, and hope for our community and generations to come.
PHASE ONE: FOUNDATION WORKS
The first phase of the construction focuses on laying a strong and lasting foundation. By God’s grace, we have already begun mobilizing essential materials, including:
•Aggregates
•Hardcore stones
•Sand
•Cement
•I-beam steel for structural support (stanchions)
•And other necessary supplies
TRANSPORTATION OF MATERIALS
The next crucial step involves transporting all these materials from Juba to Panpandiar. This process is already underway and is vital to ensure that everything is in place before construction begins on-site.
Once all materials arrive safely in Panpandiar, we will proceed with:
•Setting out the building layout
•Excavation of the foundation
•Laying the foundation
COMMUNITY EFFORT
We are deeply encouraged that this first phase has already been initiated through the commitment and generosity of local residents and members of the cattle camps. Your dedication is a powerful testimony of what unity and shared vision can achieve.
A CALL FOR CONTINUED SUPPORT
As we move forward, we humbly invite all friends, partners, and well-wishers to continue standing with us—through prayers, financial support, and material contributions. Together, we can raise a house of worship that will serve as a spiritual home, a center of fellowship, and a beacon of hope.
May the Lord bless every hand that gives and every heart that supports this noble mission.
“Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain.” – Psalm 127:1
