MIND RENEWAL MOTIVATION ~Chris Sparklyn.
As I watch international news this morning, I saw lots of streets in most of the richest states in America claustered with homeless people. Both whites and blacks. Living in abject poverty on the street of all-mighty America. And I said to myself, but we don't see this in the news all the time? And the leaders of America don't talk about it openly most of the times? Not even the average American speaks about these things often.
And the America government even goes further to send aid to Africa to help homeless people. 🤔
Lots of questions running in my mind right now 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
One of it is, why does Africa make their own misfortunes a global publicity? 🤔
Unlike America leaders, Africa leaders even turn the misfortunes of their countries into lucrative businesses.
I know as you read this, you have in your mind bunch of questions/thoughts right now. But to make things short, I would love to put to you these few facts:
1. Everything starts with a mindset (our thinking fosters our behaviors. You are what you think)
2. Prosperity does not lie in any geographical location so even poverty. They both resides in our thoughts.
3. America is not one of the richest in the world because they have all the resources. No, Africa has more resources. The only difference is the way we think as Africans and the way they think as Americans.
i. Both Africa and America have very poor people, America has self esteem as a country and as people, Africa don't.
America knows how to package themselves (they know what I called professional cover up) whiles Africa suffers from what I called self-low esteem disease.
ii. Amidst of America's misery, they still send aid to Africa. (Prosperity mindedness). Africa in the other hand uses its misey to beg (poverty mindedness).
These facts are reasons why you see Africans are blind to the reservoir of resources in their countries and are willing to enter a boat at sea to die just to arrive in America.
Ten years ago, God opened my understanding to the power of the mind, and that has been the biggest secret I ever discovered. Chris Sparklyn.
