Good afternoon to the world of NGOs. I want to say thanks to all our fellow charitable organizations for your efforts to make the world a better place for mankind. I appreciate you so much may God continue to bless us and upkeep us all. May we all exist to see the fruits of our endeavors as charitable organization. Thank you again.
I want to use this opportunity to introduce my organization and project to you.
The Organization
The organization is the Republic of Christ Ministry- Community Mobilization for Sustainable Development (RCM-CMSD). It is a nonprofit making, non political and Christian religious community based organization that is interested into women empowerment, child care and protection, health, agriculture, livelihood development, education, advocacy, And peace and conflict resolutions. Over the years the organization has been involved into certain charitable undertakings like women empowerment through entrepreneurship programs and non-interest refundable loan opportunity, distribution of Veronica buckets to the Resettlement and Kania communities of Koidu, Kono District, Sierra Leone, during the corona epidemic, and offering a year scholarship to some youth to learn trade work in technical institutions. We are presently trying to develop community health center for the New England Meama Community.
*Our current Project*
We are presently developing a health center at the new England Meama community. The New England Meama community is three miles off the government Hospital and very far from other health centers. It is very risky at night especially when there is no transport mobility and poor network is another great challenge when there is an emergency. As an organization we found it necessary to bring about the Regina Agatha Baindu Trye Memorial Health Center project to savage the situation.
What we have done
We have acquired structures and have converted them in to Healthcare setting. We have also signed a contract agreement with Tando Construction company to complete project but there are conditions yet to commit to.
What is left?
The following are the necessary facilities yet to be installed. These facilities are also requirements for medical and dental council license.
1 Electricity
2 Water system (plumbing)
3 Waste management system
4 Tiling
5 Hospital beds
Our Challenge
We are presently facing financial challenge to complete the clinic project. We have exhausted our cofar and our individual supports have been also exhausted. Now we can't be commited to the conditions to pay 40% deposit to start installations of the above facilities left to install.
*Our Request.
