Exciting Times at MKBEPS!

The Michael Kamara Baptist Elementary Primary School of Macdonald Baptist Fellowship hosted its 1st Annual Sports Meet today Saturday, April 11th, 2026, and it was a blast!

Pupils, teachers, and parents came together to cheer on the teams as they showcased their skills in various track and field events. The energy was electric!

A huge congratulations to the winning houses:
1st Place: Moiwo House (Yellow)
2nd Place: J.S Fornah House
3rd Place: John House (White)
4th Place: Michael Kamara House (Blue)

Macdonald Baptist Fellowship is thrilled to celebrate the resurrection of Christ today!
The theme for today’s service was; Easter: A Day of Hope
Message based on Matthew 28:5-6.
We partook of the Lords supper and a fellowship with a bring-and-share meal, following the example of the early church.

Macdonald Baptist Women Fellowship celebrates 9th Annual Thanksgiving Service!
Theme: 'Serving God Faithfully with the Spirit of Grace'
Inspiring message from the First Lady of Baptist Convention Sierra Leone states that, our fellowship women should be steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the Lord's work because their labor in the Lord will never be in vain!
Gratitude, grace, and empowerment filled the atmosphere!

Macdonald Baptist Fellowship empowered adolescent boys and girls of the Western Area Baptist East Association (WABEA) with critical knowledge, equipping them to champion the eradication of child marriage. Through interactive sessions, they explored the Sierra Leone Child Marriage Act and discussed actionable roles for:
- Churches and faith leaders: advocacy and support
- Parents: protection and education
- Communities: awareness and accountability
- Themselves: self-advocacy and peer influence

Big shoutout to the Men's Fellowship of Macdonald Baptist. We kicked off our annual Thanksgiving service with power! Theme: "Serving God Faithfully with the Spirit of Grace" - 1 Corinthians 15:58 got us pumped!
Under the mighty ministration of Rev. Daniel S. Kamara, WABEA Area Moderator, God's presence filled the house. To everyone who supported us in any way, WE SAY THANK YOU!
The God we serve will bless you abundantly, now and always!

Macdonald Baptist Women's Fellowship kicked off their monthly Saturday morning CRY and prayers session. Today’s topic was a game-changer: "Women: The First Apostles of Christ's Resurrection!"
📖The text was drawn from Matthew 28:1-10, highlighting the incredible role women played in sharing the Good News of Jesus' resurrection.
The prayer session's slogan echoed with faith: "By This Time Tomorrow" - inspired by 2 Kings 7:1. Expecting miracles, believing in breakthroughs!

2025/6 Crossover Service was spirit filled at Macdonald Baptist Fellowship! I shared a powerful message titled: "Meditating on the Goodness of God" from Psalm 107:1-3.

The goodness of God isn't just a feeling, it's FACT! 😇 It's how we express our deep-rooted faith in Him.

Meditating on God's goodness means:
✍🏽 He's our Redeemer
✍🏽 He satisfies our needs
✍🏽 He's the reason for who and what we are
✍🏽 He saves us from destruction

To meditate on God's goodness in 2026 as a family of faith, let's make these part of our daily lives:

✍🏽 Sharing testimonies of His wonders
