DEAR PASTORS, DON'T DIE IN SILENCE PLEASE!!
I know the voice that tells you, “Be strong… don’t talk… you are a leader… who will you tell?” But that voice has buried many great destinies before their time. Strength is not silence.
Maturity is not isolation. Even Jesus, in the days of His flesh, did not carry everything ALONE He took Peter, James, and John a little further.
Some of you are bleeding financially, but you are smiling publicly.
You are preaching prosperity and eating scarcity.
You are organizing programs and borrowing to survive.
You are wearing suits but your account is crying.
My son, open your mouth.
There is no honor in silent suffering when help is available.
Pride has killed more ministers than poverty ever did.
Some of you are dying in your marriages, but on the altar you are shouting “Praise the Lord!” Your home is cold, your heart is tired, conversations have died, but you are maintaining a public image.
Who taught you that pretending is spirituality? A broken marriage can drain a strong anointing.
Speak! Seek counsel! There is healing when light enters.
Some of you in ministry are overwhelmed.
The burden is heavy, expectations are high, results are slow, and you are TIRED but you are still forming strength that you don’t have.
You are afraid people will lose respect if they see your weakness. Listen to me—people don’t destroy you when you open up, they help you stand if you open to the right people.
Elijah was a prophet of fire, yet he said, “I am not better than my fathers… take my life.”
He spoke! And heaven responded.
Many of you would have been rescued if only you spoke before collapsing.
Silence is not always strength.
Sometimes, silence is slow death.
There are financial NEEDS, Please talk.
There are marital struggles please talk.
There are ministry burdens please talk.
But hear me clearly don’t talk to everybody. There are ears that leak and hearts that mock.
Find fathers, find mothers, find covenant friends, find men of the Spirit who can carry what you say without killing you with it.
You were not designed to carry everything alone.
Even Moses needed Aaron and Hur to hold his hands.
If Moses kept quiet, Israel would have lost battles.
Some of you are one conversation away from restoration.
Some of you are one counsel away from stability.
Some of you are one help away from rising again.
But pride is closing your mouth.
Don’t let your ego bury your destiny.
My daughter, don’t let image destroy your future.
Open up where it matters.
There is no crown for silent suffering.
There is no reward for dying secretly.
The kingdom we serve is a family, not a battlefield of isolated soldiers.
Speak before you break.
Cry before you collapse.
Reach before you sink.
You will overcome in Jesus name
