Can you remember what have we put on so far in our JESUS’ FASHION series? 👕✨

We have put on compassion, kindness and humility — and this week, we’re adding GENTLENESS! 🤍

📖 Bible Memory Verse
“You are God’s chosen people. You are holy and dearly loved. So clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness…” Colossians 3:12

Jesus showed us that gentleness is not weakness. He was strong, yet He chose to respond to others with love, mercy and grace.

Gentleness means using our strength to be kind and careful with others. When we feel angry or frustrated, we can choose kind words instead of hurtful words, patience instead of anger, and helping instead of hurting.

This week, let’s clothe ourselves with gentleness so that others can see Jesus in us! ❤️

We caught up with some of our former Harvest Kidz students who have now grown up to become staff and teachers serving alongside us and asked them:

Their answers remind us that every act of love leaves a seed in a child’s heart. 🌱And today, many of them are now serving the next generation. ❤️

We are continuing our JESUS’ FASHION series! 👕✨

This week, we discovered another piece of Jesus’ fashion — HUMILITY. 🤍

📖 Bible Memory Verse
“You are God’s chosen people. You are holy and dearly loved. So clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility…”Colossians 3:12

Jesus showed us the greatest example of humility. Although He is the Son of God, He chose to serve, obey God and put others first.

Humility means depending on God and putting others first.

We can wear humility by listening to others, saying sorry when we are wrong, and serving without needing praise.

This week, let’s put aside “I, me, myself” and choose to love and serve like Jesus!❤️

Your courage to dream, your passion for the presence of God, and your love for people have impacted and inspired so many of us to keep walking by faith and love.

We pray 3 John 2 over you:
“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”

May you always be filled with good health, fresh strength, deep joy, renewed vision, and the abundant goodness of God in every area of your life.

We are in our JESUS’ FASHION series! 👕✨

In Colossians 3, Paul teaches us to “clothe ourselves” with the character of Jesus. This week, the next piece of Jesus’ fashion we should put on is KINDNESS! 💛

Through the story of the four friends who brought their friend to Jesus, we learned that kindness means noticing someone in need and choosing to help, even when it takes effort.

When we choose kind words, helpful actions and loving attitudes, others can see what Jesus is like through us.

✨ NEW SERIES: JESUS’ FASHION! 👕💛

What are you wearing today?

The clothes we wear may tell others something about us but did you know that God also tells us what to “put on” every day?

📖 “You are God’s chosen people. You are holy and dearly loved. So clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.”Colossians 3:12

In our new series, JESUS’ FASHION, we’re learning that following Jesus isn’t about looking good on the outside but about becoming more like Him on the inside. ❤️

Our first piece of Jesus’ fashion is COMPASSION.

Compassion notices when someone is hurting, lonely or in need and asks, “How can I help?”

Just like Jesus, we can choose to notice, care and be quick to help the people around us.

👕 This week, let’s put on compassion and wear Jesus’ fashion wherever we go!

This National Day, we challenge some of our kids to a game of “Finish the Lyrics: NDP Edition! “🎤🎶

As we sing the songs many of us are familiar with, let’s give thanks to God for this beautiful nation we call home and for the people we get to share it with. ❤️

Here’s to many more years of growing, dreaming and building our home together.
