Luang Pho Sai Rung (หลวงพ่อสายรุ้ง) is the revered Buddha image of Wat Nong Yai, a long-standing temple in the Sai Mai area of Bangkok. For generations, locals have come here to pray for protection, success, and stability in life. According to temple stories passed down by devotees, during an important blessing ceremony many years ago, a rainbow-like light (สายรุ้ง) was seen around the Buddha image, which people believed was a sign of powerful spiritual energy. From that moment, the image became known as “Luang Pho Sai Rung” – the Rainbow Buddha 🌈

Because of this legend, Luang Pho Sai Rung has become especially associated with:
• Wealth and good fortune
• Stability in career and business
• Protection and positive energy

The “Rich • Stable • Secure” (รวย มั่น คง) 2567 Edition was created as a special modern blessing series to carry this meaning into the present day. Each amulet was ritually consecrated by monks and issued with a Certificate of Honor, confirming it as an official temple release.

Legend tells of Luang Phor Sothorn as a sacred Buddha image that once drifted down the Bang Pakong River, refusing to be retrieved until a proper shrine was erected to honor it. When it was finally lifted from the waters, even the rope used became revered, believed to carry the same blessings and protective power as the statue itself. Over generations, this miraculous origin has made Luang Phor Sothorn one of the most respected and beloved Buddha images in Thailand.

To commemorate this revered legacy, Wat Sothon Wararam Worawihan produced a limited First Edition series in B.E. 2548 (2005)—a special batch created to preserve the temple’s heritage through intricate Buddhist artistry. This statue reflects that devotion: the serene posture represents unshakable calm, the golden highlights symbolize the Buddha’s radiant wisdom, and the elaborate naga-rich base embodies the ancient guardians said to protect the sacred image since its river-born emergence.

Benefits of Luang Phor Sothorn Statues & Amulets (Short Version)

Protection: Helps guard against accidents, bad luck, and negative vibes.

Good Luck & Prosperity: Many believe it boosts business luck, finances, and career growth.

Answered Prayers: Known for helping with personal wishes, health, and smooth life progress.

⭐ The Monday Buddha

The Monday Buddha, with one hand raised in a calming gesture, comes from a moment when the Buddha brought peace during a family disagreement.

According to tradition, a dispute had broken out among relatives over water rights from a nearby river. Both sides were angry, and tension kept rising. Instead of taking sides, the Buddha stepped between them with a calm presence and reminded everyone that anger destroys more than it solves, and that life is too precious to waste on conflict.

His peaceful energy softened both groups, and the argument ended without anyone winning or losing. This story became the symbol of the Pacifying Buddha — the Buddha who cools down anger and restores harmony.

✨ Meaning of the Monday Buddha
• Peace
• Calm mind
• Negotiation
• Emotional balance
• Cooling down conflict

This posture teaches that true strength comes from a steady heart, not from fighting back.

Many who are born on Monday are believed to be naturally gentle but easily affected by conflict — this Buddha helps strengthen calmness and clarity.

The Sariga, also known as the “Bird of Love”, is one of Thailand’s most enchanting and spiritually revered amulets. Though its reputation is widespread, few truly understand the depth of its sacred origins and the intricate craftsmanship behind authentic, traditional Sariga talismans.

In Thai belief, the Sariga carries a profound significance. It symbolizes eloquence, charisma, and the power of attraction. Those who wear or carry a Sariga pendant—or even bear its image as a tattoo—are said to radiate charm, draw goodwill from others, and find their words deeply persuasive. This makes it especially revered among businesspeople, negotiators, and those whose success depends on effective communication.

As the Thai saying goes, “If others will not listen, progress cannot be made.” The Sariga helps open hearts and ears—allowing one’s voice to be heard, one’s intentions to be trusted, and one’s presence to be cherished. For this reason, it is often considered a universal amulet—suitable for anyone seeking harmony, confidence, and influence in both personal and professional life.
