Earlier this week, we were grateful for the opportunity to be invited to CNA938FM, to share why lifelong support for persons with autism matters.
Our CEO, Bernard Chew, was joined by Chloe Phua, Coordinating Coach Leader at our Day Activity Centre, and long-time volunteer Edwin Tay to reflect on the stories, experiences, and purpose that continue to inspire our work every day.
Autism lasts a lifetime, and our mission remains as relevant today as it was when we first began. The need for meaningful support does not end with special schools, nor is it limited to one end of the spectrum. Every person with autism deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, contribute, and live with dignity throughout their lives.
Our heartfelt thanks to Melanie Oliveiro and the CNA938FM team for providing us with a national platform to spotlight the importance of lifelong support for persons with autism! Building a more inclusive society is a shared responsibility, and every conversation that deepens understanding and acceptance brings us one step closer to that goal.
