华恩播道会是在1997年由本堂蔡金顺牧师带领注册成立。华恩志在于透过教会来见证我们的主耶稣基督，并服务讲华语的群体，在兀兰或是我们所及之处。

Charis Evangelical Free Church was founded in 1997 and led by current Senior Pastor Rev Chua Kim Soon. She seeks to be a witness for Jesus Christ in both our words and deeds to the Mandarin-speaking community in Woodlands and beyond.
