Alhamdulillah, on 10 June 2026, our Mosque Religious Officer (MRO), Ustaz Khairulanwar Shamsuri was appointed as a Naib Kadi by ROMM.

We would like to thank everyone for your support in his journey. We humbly seek your prayers that Allah grants him sincerity, wisdom, and strength in carrying out this amanah.

Assalamualaikum Wr Wb,

Salam Ma'al Hijrah 1448H - As the Islamic New Year arrives, it is time for us to begin a new chapter with sincerity and hope. Let us come together and enliven the atmosphere at Masjid Omar Kampong Melaka with the End-of-Year and New Year Du'a and a Tazkirah (religious reminder) by Ustaz Khairulanwar Shamsuri titled “The Quiet Hijrah”. The event will begin at 6:30 PM, and refreshments will be provided for everyone. A prayer space for Muslimah will also be available.

May this new year bring greater blessings, peace, and protection to us all.

Salam Awal Muharram 1448H - Tibanya tahun baru Islam, masa untuk kita mulakan lembaran baru dengan penuh keikhlasan dan harapan. Mari bersama-sama meriahkan suasana di Masjid Omar Kampong Melaka dengan upacara Doa Akhir Tahun & Tahun Baru 1448H serta Tazkirah oleh Ustaz Khairulanwar Shamsuri bertajuk "The Quiet Hijrah" (dalam bahasa Inggeris). Acara bermula dari 6.30 petang dan jamuan tersedia untuk semua. Ruang solat Muslimah disediakan.

Semoga tahun baharu ini membawa lebih banyak keberkatan, ketenangan dan perlindungan buat kita semua.

Alhamdulillah Thummal Hamdulillah, on this day - 10 Zulhijjah 1447H / 27 May 2026,  Masjid Omar Kampong Melaka blessed morning was reinforced with Takbir from our congregants and the prayer was cordially led by Ustaz Md Khairulanwar Shamsuri. Short speech was addressed by our Vice Chairman, Dr. Syed Abdullah Bin Syed Abdul Rahman Aljunid.
