श्लोक 1
मनोबुद्ध्यहङ्कार चित्तानि नाहं
न च श्रोत्रजिह्वे न च घ्राणनेत्रे।
न च व्योम भूमिर् न तेजो न वायुः
चिदानन्दरूपः शिवोऽहम् शिवोऽहम्॥
अर्थ:
मैं न मन हूँ, न बुद्धि, न अहंकार और न चित्त।
मैं न कान, न जीभ, न नाक, और न आँखें हूँ।
मैं न आकाश, न पृथ्वी, न अग्नि और न वायु हूँ।
मैं शुद्ध चैतन्य और आनंदस्वरूप हूँ। मैं शिव हूँ, मैं शिव हूँ।

श्लोक 2
न च प्राणसंज्ञो न वै पञ्चवायुः
न वा सप्तधातुः न वा पञ्चकोशः।
न वाक् पाणिपादौ न चोपस्थपायुः
चिदानन्दरूपः शिवोऽहम् शिवोऽहम्॥
अर्थ:
मैं न प्राण हूँ, न पंच वायु (जीवन की पाँच ऊर्जाएँ)।
न मैं सप्तधातु (शरीर के सात तत्व) हूँ, न पंचकोश (पाँच शरीर-आवरण)।
मैं न वाणी, न हाथ, न पैर, न मलद्वार और न जननेंद्रिय हूँ।
मैं शुद्ध चैतन्य और आनंदस्वरूप हूँ। मैं शिव हूँ, मैं शिव हूँ।

श्लोक 3
न मे द्वेषरागौ न मे लोभमोहौ
मदो नैव मे नैव मात्सर्यभावः।
न धर्मो न चार्थो न कामो न मोक्षः
चिदानन्दरूपः शिवोऽहम् शिवोऽहम्॥
अर्थ:
मुझे न द्वेष और राग है, न लोभ और मोह।
न मुझे अहंकार है, न ईर्ष्या का भाव।
न मैं धर्म, अर्थ, काम, या मोक्ष हूँ।
मैं शुद्ध चैतन्य और आनंदस्वरूप हूँ। मैं शिव हूँ, मैं शिव हूँ।

श्लोक 4
न पुण्यं न पापं न सौख्यं न दुःखं
न मन्त्रों न तीर्थं न वेदा न यज्ञाः।
अहं भोजनं नैव भोज्यं न भोक्ता
चिदानन्दरूपः शिवोऽहम् शिवोऽहम्॥
अर्थ:
मैं न पुण्य हूँ, न पाप, न सुख और न दुख।
मैं न मंत्र हूँ, न तीर्थ, न वेद, और न यज्ञ।
मैं न भोजन, न भोज्य पदार्थ, और न भोग करने वाला हूँ।
मैं शुद्ध चैतन्य और आनंदस्वरूप हूँ। मैं शिव हूँ, मैं शिव हूँ।

श्लोक 5
न मे मृत्युशंका न मे जातिभेदः
पिता नैव मे नैव माता न जन्मः।
न बन्धुर् न मित्रं गुरुर्नैव शिष्यः
चिदानन्दरूपः शिवोऽहम् शिवोऽहम्॥
अर्थ:
मुझे न मृत्यु का भय है, न जाति का भेद।
न मेरा कोई पिता है, न माता, और न ही मेरा जन्म।
न मेरा कोई बंधु, न मित्र, न गुरु, और न शिष्य है।
मैं शुद्ध चैतन्य और आनंदस्वरूप हूँ। मैं शिव हूँ, मैं शिव हूँ।

श्लोक 6
अहं निर्विकल्पो निराकाररूपो
विभुत्वाच सर्वत्र सर्वेन्द्रियाणाम्।
न चासङतं नैव मुक्तिर्न मेयः
चिदानन्दरूपः शिवोऽहम् शिवोऽहम्॥
अर्थ:
मैं निर्विकल्प (विकल्प रहित) और निराकार हूँ।
मैं सब जगह व्याप्त हूँ और सभी इंद्रियों में हूँ।
न मुझे कोई बंधन है और न मुक्ति चाहिए।
मैं शुद्ध चैतन्य और आनंदस्वरूप हूँ। मैं शिव हूँ, मैं शिव हूँ।
