فرمانِ امام جعفر صادق (ع):

"الْمُؤْمِنُ يَغْفِرُ وَلَا يَحْقِدُ، وَالْمُنَافِقُ يَحْقِدُ وَلَا يَغْفِرُ."
📚 Al-Kafi, vol. 2, p. 207

"مؤمن معاف کرتا ہے اور دل میں کینہ نہیں رکھتا،
جبکہ منافق دل میں کینہ رکھتا ہے اور معاف نہیں کرتا۔"

"A believer forgives and holds no grudge,
whereas a hypocrite harbors resentment and does not forgive."

فرمانِ امام جعفر صادق (ع):

"مَا أَصَابَ الْعَبْدَ شَيْئًا أَفْضَلَ مِنَ الصَّبْرِ وَالاعْتِصَامِ بِاللّٰهِ فِي كُلِّ شَدَّةٍ."

"بندے پر سب سے بہترین چیز صبر اور ہر سختی میں اللہ سے چمٹے رہنا ہے۔"

"Nothing benefits a servant more than patience and holding fast to Allah in every hardship."

فرمانِ امام جعفر صادق (ع):

"مَنْ صَانَ لِسَانَهُ وَعَيْنَهُ وَيَدَهُ فَقَدْ صَانَ دِينَهُ."

"جو اپنے زبان، آنکھ اور ہاتھ کی حفاظت کرے، اس نے اپنے دین کی حفاظت کر لی۔"

"Whoever guards his tongue, eyes, and hands, has protected his religion."

فرمانِ امام جعفر صادق (ع):

"مَنْ كَانَتْ نِيَّتُهُ صَادِقَةً فِي عَمَلِهِ زَادَهُ اللَّهُ هُدًى وَفَهْمًا."

"جس کی نیت اپنے عمل میں سچی ہو، اللہ اسے ہدایت اور فہم میں اضافہ فرماتا ہے۔"

"Whoever has a sincere intention in his deeds, Allah increases his guidance and understanding."

فرمانِ امام جعفر صادق (ع):

"إِيَّاكُمْ وَالْغَضَبَ، فَإِنَّهُ يُفْسِدُ الْعَقْلَ وَيُهْلِكُ الدِّينَ."

"غصے سے بچو، کیونکہ یہ عقل کو برباد کر دیتا ہے اور دین کو تباہ کر دیتا ہے۔"

"Beware of anger, for it destroys the intellect and ruins the religion."

فرمانِ امام جعفر صادق (ع):

"مَا أَكْثَرَ مَا يَغْفِلُ عَنْهُ النَّاسُ أَنَّ الصَّبْرَ نِصْفُ الْعَقْلِ."

"لوگ اس بات سے غافل رہتے ہیں کہ صبر عقل کا آدھا حصہ ہے۔"

"Most people forget that patience constitutes half of intellect."

فرمانِ امام جعفر صادق (ع):

"مَنْ تَرَكَ الذُّنُوبَ صَغِيرَهَا وَكَبِيرَهَا فَقَدْ حَقَّقَ الْإِيمَانَ."

"جو شخص چھوٹے اور بڑے گناہوں کو ترک کر دے، اس نے ایمان کو کامل کر لیا۔"

"Whoever abandons sins, both minor and major, has perfected his faith."

فرمانِ امام جعفر صادق (ع):

"ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يَزِيدُ اللَّهُ بِهِنَّ الْمَرْءَ الْمُسْلِمَ إِلَّا عِزّاً: الصَّفْحُ عَمَّنْ ظَلَمَهُ، وَإِعْطَاءُ مَنْ حَرَمَهُ، وَالصِّلَةُ لِمَنْ قَطَعَهُ."

"تین چیزیں ہیں جن کے ذریعے اللہ مسلمان کی عزت ہی بڑھاتا ہے:
(1) جو اس پر ظلم کرے، اسے معاف کر دینا
(2) جو اسے کچھ نہ دے، اسے دینا
(3) جو اس سے تعلق توڑے، اس سے تعلق جوڑنا۔"

"There are three things through which Allah increases the dignity of a Muslim:
(1) Forgiving the one who wronged him,
(2) Giving to the one who deprived him,
(3) Reconnecting with the one who cut him off."

فرمانِ امام جعفر صادق (ع):

"الْمُؤْمِنُ أَخُو الْمُؤْمِنِ كَالْجَسَدِ الْوَاحِدِ، إِذَا اشْتَكَى شَيْئًا مِنْهُ وَجَدَ أَلَمَ ذَٰلِكَ فِي سَائِرِ جَسَدِهِ، وَأَرْوَاحُهُمَا مِنْ رُوحٍ وَاحِدَةٍ."

"مؤمن مؤمن کا بھائی ہے، جیسے ایک جسم ہوتا ہے کہ اگر اس کا کوئی حصہ تکلیف میں ہو تو سارا جسم درد محسوس کرتا ہے،
اور ان دونوں (مؤمنوں) کی روح ایک ہی روح سے ہے۔"

"A believer is the brother of another believer, like a single body—if one part is in pain, the whole body feels it.
And their souls are from the same soul."

فرمانِ امام جعفر صادق (ع):

"مَا أَضَرَّ الْعِبَادَ بِمِثْلِ قِلَّةِ الْعَقْلِ، وَمَا أَفَادَهُمُ اللّٰهُ إِفَادَةً أَعْظَمَ مِنَ الْعَقْلِ."

"بندوں کو عقل کی کمی جیسا کوئی نقصان نہیں پہنچاتا،
اور اللہ نے انہیں عقل سے بڑھ کر کوئی نعمت عطا نہیں کی۔"

"Nothing harms the servants of Allah like the lack of intellect,
and nothing has Allah granted them more beneficial than reason."
