பிரசன்ன தமிழ் ஆங்கிலிக்கன் திருச்சபை தோஹாவிலுள்ள (கத்தார்) பிரசன்ன ஆங்கிலிக்கன் திருச்சபையின் ஐந்து சபைகளில் ஒன்றாகும். இச்சபை 2011ம் ஆண்டு மார்ச் 3ம் நாள் தொடங்கப்பட்டது. தோஹாவில் வசிக்கும் தமிழ்க் கிறிஸ்தவர்களின் நெடுநாள் ஜெபத்தின் பலனாக இத்திருச்சபை உருவாகியிருக்கிறது.
உலகளாவிய ஆங்கிலிக்கன் ஐக்கியப் பாரம்பரியத்தின் (பேராயர் ஆளுகை சபை கட்டமைப்பு முறை) இறையியலும் வழிபாட்டு முறையும் (தென்னிந்திய
திருச்சபை வழிபாட்டைப் போன்றது) இத்திருச்சபையின் சிறப்பாகும். வரலாற்றுச் சிறப்பு மிக்க அழகிய வழிபாட்டின் மூலமாகவும் ஒருவர் பாரத்தை ஒருவர் சுமக்கும் சபை ஒருமைப்பாட்டின் வழியாகவும் சபையாக கிறிஸ்துவின் மீட்பின் நற்செய்தியை உலகிற்குச் சொல்லிலும் செயலிலும் அறிவிப்பது இதன் நோக்கமாகும். “அன்புடன் சத்தியத்தைக் கைக்கொண்டு தலையாகிய கிறிஸ்துவுக்குள் எல்லாவற்றிலேயும் வளர” இத்திருச்சபை உதவுகிறது.
பல்வேறு பணிகளின் காரணமாகத் தாய்நாடு விட்டு இம்மண்ணில் தற்காலிகக் குடிகளாக வாழும் தமிழ்க் கிறிஸ்தவர்களுக்கு அடிப்படைத் தேவையான குடும்பச் சூழலை உருவாக்கி நிறைவான வாழ்வைப் பெற்றுக்கொள்ள ஆழமான பற்றுறுதியை வளர்க்கிறது. The Epiphany Tamil Anglican Church is one of the five congregations of the Epiphany Anglican Church in Qatar. It was established in March 2011 as a result of the many years of prayer of Tamil Christians in Doha. Traditional Anglican worship (CSI-like worship) and theology are the distinctive features of this church. The mission of this church is to proclaim the Gospel to the world in word and deed through historical and beautiful Anglican worship and, a living fellowship bearing one another’s burden. It helps the members to grow in Christ, the head of the church. This church provides an extended family for the many Tamil Christians who have come to Doha for work.
