tian kingdoms. Between pre-Islamic animist cults and practices, Christianity, and Islam, they were revered by their nomadic communities and sought out by outsiders for their spiritual and magical services. They act as diviners, dream-readers, spirit-talkers, protectors and lorekeepers. The Rovingians offer their services and sell the bracelets, necklaces, amulets and talismans they make in exchange for food, lodging or money. They are not warriors or political figures, but they help those who seek them out or need spiritual guidance or protection. As spiritual nomad monks, they are always on the move and on the path of seeking spiritual knowledge and ancient spiritual practices. Communal spiritual leaders meet once a year in regional councils and every five years there is an annual meeting, "The Rovingian Council" for choosing the "Mihrad", the great master, or the one who points the way. The main prayers are performed at night, and during the day before sacred sites or tombs, ancient ruins, monolithic monuments, and places that, due to their geomorphology or environment, are "special." A silver "coin" on the forehead attests to the wealth of spirit they received, a smaller one on the chin, the spiritual gift they gave. These coins may be real old coins, but they are usually medals engraved with unique mystic symbols, which they often wear during life, one on a chain or the other on a bracelet. When they are buried without coins, it's a sign that they weren't entirely worthy of them... but is very rare! A Nomad Monk spends much of his time understanding, compiling, and recording mystical signs, geometries, and rituals so that they are not lost in time and may have personal or universal mystical value. Ancient temples, ruins, and abandoned places of worship are often the chosen locations. Each Monk has a personal book (The Compendium) where he records his discoveries, his thoughts, as well as the cases of people who asked him for help and the Mystic Symbolic graphic solutions he found. The Compendium is his personal diary, of research, of compilation of the mystical and ritual geometries that he found or learned with other mystical and religious communities. it is also where he records the graphic and geometric figuration solutions he found to help those who seek him. It is therefore personal and incommunicable, when he dies his diary or "Compendium" must be handed over to the Guardian of the Council where they will be placed in the Great Library of the Temple or Aghora, here seen as the place for learn, meet to discuss and exchange ideas. Garments can be ceremonial black or "Taghora" or more common everyday clothing, gray, brown, or cream, with a hood and wide pants. Hiking boots in winter, leather sandals in summer.

The Vision of Angels in the Context of Rovingian Animism - The Quantum Mechanics Parallel by Daniel Arrhakis (2026)

The Vision of Angels in the Context of Rovingian Animism

The Quantum Mechanics Parallel

In Rovingian Animism, angels and seraphim abandon the traditional Abrahamic winged human form and manifest as fractal light patterns and pure energy frequencies. These entities function as quantum bridges that elevate and align human consciousness with higher spiritual planes through universal harmonic resonances.

Universal consciousness is so deeply interconnected in all that exists that there are infinite realities that can influence and interact with each other on different spiritual planes.

This concept unites the spirituality of Rovingian animism with theoretical principles of quantum physics to explain the transformation and elevation of human consciousness and the influence of entities or consciousnesses from higher spiritual planes.

Core Conceptual Framework

Transcendental Manifestation: Entities do not possess human form; they express themselves as fractal light patterns, frequencies, and pure energy.

Mechanism of Action: They act through energetic resonance and quantum interference, serving as bridges to universal harmony.

Multidimensional: Infinite realities coexist and directly influence the perception and awareness of our world.

The Quantum Mechanics Parallel

Quantum Entanglement: Interconnected particles share states instantaneously, regardless of physical distance.

Quantum Teleportation: Strict transfer of quantum information between systems, without displacement of physical matter.

Interference and Superposition: According to Vlatko Vedral's vision, alternative realities coexist in perfect superposition and can interfere with our current reality.

State Symmetry: The reversal of a superposition requires that the two alternatives have existed in a perfectly entangled state to maintain the identity of the final state.

Key Concepts of the Rovingian Perspective on Angels - Function and Human Connection

Fractal Geometry: Replaces wings and anthropomorphic form with infinite mathematical patterns of light.

Vibrational Frequencies: Entities manifest as waves of frequencies and flows of pure energy.

Quantum Processes and Bridges: Function as instantaneous communication channels between dimensions. They connect the human mind to the higher spiritual plane without intermediaries, allowing the human mind to access data from parallel realities instantly. They act at the subatomic level to trigger the elevation of consciousness.

Universal Harmonic Energy Resonance: Align and elevate the human mind directly with higher spiritual planes. They align the individual's vibration with universal harmony.

Abrahamic Disconnection: Break with the classical iconography of traditional religions.

Implications for Human Consciousness

Vibrational Elevation: The human mind tunes into harmonic resonances and fractal geometric patterns (sacred geometries) to expand the perception of reality.

Interference of Realities: Profound shifts in consciousness can be seen as the interference of an alternative quantum reality in the present timeline.

This elevation of human consciousness is, however, also linked to the evolution of matter itself, because in Rovingian Animism, spirit and matter evolve in a perfect, timeless, and universal symbiosis, in multiple outer worlds and evolutionary spiritual planes.

A Visão dos Anjos no Contexto do Animismo Rovingiano

Estrutura Conceptual Central (Core Conceptual Framework)

Multidimensionais: Realidades infinitas coexistem e influenciam diretamente a perceção e a consciencialização do nosso mundo.

O Paralelismo da Mecânica Quântica (The Quantum Mechanics Parallel)

Rovingian Existence as the Result of the Symbiosis Between Consciousness and Matter - The Lichen Metaphor by Daniel Arrhakis (2026)

Rovingian Existence as the Result of the Symbiosis Between Consciousness and Matter - The Lichen Metaphor

Rovingian animism, a non-theistic philosophical and spiritual perspective that redefines the relationship between being and environment. It proposes an absolute and unbreakable interdependence between consciousness and matter, where existence is only possible through this symbiosis and mutual exchange.

The Lichen Metaphor: Consciousness and Matter

Lichen is an excellent philosophical metaphor to illustrate existence as a symbiosis between consciousness and matter.

To understand this relationship, we can divide the roles of each element in this existential symbiosis:

The Fungus (Matter/Structure): In lichen, the fungus provides the physical structure, protection from the outside, and absorbs water and minerals. In existence, matter functions as the physical support, the body and brain, providing the tangible basis and the laws of physics that sustain life.

The Algae (Consciousness/Light): The algae perform photosynthesis, transforming sunlight into vital energy and food. In the analogy, consciousness is the force that captures the "light" of meaning, generating perception, subjective experience, emotion, and purpose from raw reality.

The Lichen (Experienced Existence): Without the algae, the fungus starves; without the fungus, the algae dries up and dies. Similarly, matter without consciousness would be a mechanical universe without witnesses; consciousness without matter would be pure abstraction without form or anchoring.

The "lichen" is our own existential life: a unified reality where both sides coexist.

This Rovingian animistic view presupposes:

- The Rejection of Cartesian Dualism: It breaks with the strict separation between mind (subject) and matter (object).

- Symbiotic Panpsychism: Suggests that consciousness is not a late byproduct of matter, but a fundamental component of the universe, walking side-by-side with the physical aspect from the subatomic level to complex biological systems.

- Phenomenology: Proposes that there is no "world out there" independent of a subject perceiving it; reality is always the living relationship between the observer and the observed.

Rovingian animism thus proposes a dualism of a double aspect or symbiotic panpsychism and the rejection of traditional determinism.

Rejection of Traditional Determinism

We are not machines: The human being is not merely a biological automaton governed by blind chemical reactions or whose emotions are solely due to chemical cocktails of synthesized molecules.

Co-creative agency: Consciousness is not passive; it shapes matter while being shaped by it.

Open future: Reality results from living interaction, making the future probabilistic and creative, not predetermined by an immutable destiny.

Ego Dissolution: The "I" is not isolated from the world; we are the very fabric of the environment in symbiosis.

Deep Ecological Ethics: Destroying the environment is not just damaging resources, it is mutilating the very structure of our consciousness.

Shared Responsibility: The individual assumes an active role in constructing their life experience and the collective world.

Naturalistic Spirituality: Dispenses with external deities (non-theistic), finding the sacred in the living relationship between perception and cosmos.

1- A Metáfora do Líquen: Consciência e Matéria

O Fungo (A Matéria / Estrutura): No líquen, o fungo fornece a estrutura física, a proteção contra o exterior e absorve a água e os minerais.

O Líquen (A Existência Experienciada): Sem a alga, o fungo morre à fome; sem o fungo, a alga seca e morre.

2 - Rejeição do Determinismo Tradicional

The Green Man and the Archetype of Nature by Daniel Arrhakis (2026)

The Green Man and the Archetype of Nature

The Green Man symbolizes the conscious life force that inhabits the plant world. In the animistic view, where plants, rivers, stones, and trees possess their own spiritual essence, this figure appears as the visual expression of this consciousness of nature: more than an ornament, it is the face of the forest turned towards humanity.

The union between humankind and nature

Biological fusion: the human face fused with leaves suggests that humanity and the plant kingdom share the same symbolic and spiritual substance.

Sacred interdependence: in animism, humankind does not dominate nature; it is part of it. The Green Man reminds us that human life depends intimately on the cycles of the forest.

The forest as guardian

Physical survival: the forest ensures vital resources and contributes to the regulation of the planetary climate.

Spiritual survival: throughout history, forests have been seen as living temples, places of initiation, and the first altars of humanity.

The Cycle of Death and Rebirth

Rhythm of the Seasons: The Green Man personifies the cycle of growth, dormancy, and regeneration that marks natural life.

Continuity of Life Force: The foliage sprouting from the eyes or mouth symbolizes that life continues to circulate and renew itself, even after periods of apparent destruction.

The Guardian Spirit of the Forest

Voice of the Ecosystem: In the animistic view, each forest has a guardian spirit (genius loci), and the Green Man represents this collective consciousness.

Primordial Energy: He embodies the indomitable force of nature and demands respect, balance, and reciprocity from those who use the Earth's resources.

The Meaning of the Archetype

Symbol of Interdependence: The human face emerging from the foliage shows that we are not separate from nature, but integrated with it.

Provider and Protector: The forest emerges as the cradle of humanity, a source of shelter, food, medicine, and oxygen.

Forgotten Pact: The image evokes an ancient reciprocity between humankind and nature, weakened by industrial society.

Syncretism and Survival

The figure of the Green Man has traversed centuries and been incorporated into the architecture of medieval Gothic churches and cathedrals. This permanence in stone reveals the enduring strength of the spiritual connection between humanity and the forest, as well as the capacity of pagan and animistic imagery to persist and adapt in Christian contexts.

Despite the strong Anglo-Saxon heritage, the Green Man and other archetypes of "foliaged faces" also appear in Portugal, camouflaged in Romanesque and Gothic architecture, in corbels and capitals of old churches.

Roots in Galician-Portuguese Mythology

This imagery connects to ancient Lusitanian and Galician deities associated with nature, such as Cossus and Bandua, as well as to Lucan cults (*) , linked to sacred woods and oak groves. The veneration of ancient trees and forests has always been rooted in Portuguese rural identity, symbolizing strength, healing, and resilience.

Pagan persistence: animism proved so deeply ingrained that it was not eliminated, but rather absorbed and reinterpreted.

Architectural syncretism: the gilded facades in medieval cathedrals symbolize the fusion between the Christian sacred and the natural sacred.

(*) Rituals dedicated to Lucoubu (Lucubo or Lugovibus, a regional and plural variant of the Celtic god Lugus) or deities of clearings and luminous forests, common in densely wooded areas.

(**) Cossus: Warrior and territorial god of Galician mythology, associated with the strength and protection of local communities.

Bandua: Indigenous deity very popular in Lusitania and Galicia, linked to the protection of settlements (hill forts) and social cohesion.

O Green Man e o Arquétipo da Natureza

O significado do arquétipo

Rovingian Animism - A Spiritual Philosophy for the Contemporary World by Daniel Arrhakis (2026)

Rovingian Animism: A Spiritual Philosophy for the Contemporary World

Inclusive Contemporary Nomadism, Respect, Tolerance, and Universalist Spirituality

Origin and Meaning

The term "Rovingian Animism" originates from the idea of "roving," an English word that figuratively refers to "wanderer," "itinerant," "nomad," "nonconformist," or "one who travels from place to place." This concept suggests that truth is not static, but reveals itself in movement and interaction with the "other"—be that other a river, a cathedral, or an artificial intelligence.

Foundations of Rovingian Animism

Presenting itself as a spiritual philosophy adapted to the fluidity of the modern world, Rovingian Animism combines the freedom of nomadism with a profound reverence for existential diversity.

Rovingianism cultivates respect for monastic traditions and all traditional religious manifestations, whether Abrahamic, Buddhist, tribal, or shamanic, recognizing them as expressions of the spiritual richness and diversity of humanity.

The fundamental difference lies in its ecocentric and universalist dimension, considering that humanity is only a part of nature and that all belong to a universal spirituality, revealed in everything that exists.

Contemporary Nomadism

- Mental Fluidity: More than just changing cities, it's about the ability to move between concepts and cultures without prejudice.

- Total Inclusivity: Accepts human progress and art as legitimate extensions of nature.

- The Traveling Soul: Existence is seen as a universalist journey of continuous learning through direct experience.

Worldview and Ecocentrism

- Human Decentralization: The human being ceases to be the "master of creation" and becomes a thread in the web of existence.

- Spiritual Horizontality: There is no hierarchy between the praying monk and the blowing wind; both express vital energy.

- Ubiquitous Sacredness: Spirituality manifests in the atom, the rock, and the work of art.

Fundamental Pillars

Rovingian Animism proposes an ethic of coexistence in which mobility and the sacredness of the whole merge, resulting in a spirituality of "open borders," both geographical and metaphysical.

- Ecocentrism: The human being is not the center, but an integral part of the natural web.

- Universalist Spirituality: Recognizes the sacred in all forms of life, phenomena, natural cycles, or objects.

- Contemporary Nomadism: A fluid, inclusive existence in constant movement, whether physical or mental.

- Radical Respect: Appreciation of monastic, Abrahamic, Eastern, and tribal traditions.

The Manifestation of the Sacred

For the Rovingian, divinity, the sacred, vital energy, or spirituality is not confined to temples, but spread throughout:

- Natural Elements: Rocks, mountains, storms, and forests.

- Living Beings: From the smallest insect to human complexity.

- Human Creations: Art, such as architecture, sculpture, and painting, is seen as an extension of nature and the soul.

Tolerance and Synthesis

- Respect for Traditions: Values monastic rigor and Abrahamic faith as pieces of the human mosaic.

- Universalism: Draws from shamanic and Eastern sources without excluding modernity.

- Ethics of Empathy: By perceiving soul in everything, harm to the environment or to others is understood as harm to oneself.

Conclusion

This vision does not negate traditional religions; on the contrary, it embraces them as manifestations of the spiritual richness of humanity.
The difference lies in the breakdown of hierarchies between human beings and the rest of the universe, replacing a theocentric or homocentric view with a universalist ecocentric perspective, in which the soul is a traveler between worlds, evolving through life, experience and knowledge, in an immortal and timeless symbiotic dialectic between matter and spirit.

Animismo Rovingiano: Uma Filosofia Espiritual para o Mundo Contemporâneo

Nomadismo Contemporâneo Inclusivo, Respeito, Tolerância e Espiritualidade Universalista

Origem e Significado

Fundamentos do Animismo Rovingiano

A Manifestação do Sagrado

- Elementos Naturais: Rochas, montanhas, tempestades e florestas.

- Seres Vivos: Do menor inseto à complexidade humana.
