INTRODUCTION
To be strategic is to fix a long-term objective and interest and the means to achieve such. Simply put, a leader is someone who influences others to achieve set goals. A strategic leader is, therefore, someone with a long-term goal, direction, etc., who influences people to achieve it (Nehemiah 2:5). Strategic leadership is all-inclusive as it creates the group’s overall vision and the means to achieve it.
