A Department of the Oureana Foundation (Foundation for Religious Research) it has two Major Chapels and two major Lipsanothecae (Exhibit areas) permanently housing and displaying for the veneration of the faithful, tens of thousands of genuine Major Relics from the Collections of the Founders, Patrons, Benefactors and Chaplains. ICHR and the Lipsonatheca were founded by Carlos & Margarida Evaristo of Saint Anne's Oratory Apostolate for Holy Relics, (1988) and Thomas Serafin of Saints Alive Relic Apostolate (1992). 1) The International Crusade for Holy Relics (ICHR) / Apostolate for Holy Relics is an International Movement of over 25, 000 associates belonging to either or both the Canonically Erected International Apostolate or the 501 C3 Civic Organization in the United States of America.
2) The International Crusade for Holy Relics (ICHR) Apostolate promotes the Sanctification its Members through the promotion of the History, Cult and observance of the current Church teachings relating to the devotion, care and use of Holy Relics. Both the Canonically Erected ICHR and the Civic ICHR Organization ICHR serve as an International Register for the safeguard of all Relics and Collections of Members who are admitted as Professed Catholic or Honorary Non-Catholic with the designations of Patron, Chaplain, Relic Guardian Knight or Dames, Relic Guardian and Prayer Knights or Dame.
3) The International Crusade for Holy Relics (ICHR) was founded in 1997 through the amalgamation Charter that joined together the American "Saint Alive Relic Apostolate"(Founded in 1996 by Thomas Joseph Serafin) and the Portuguese / Canadian "Saint Anne's Oratory Apostolate for the Salvage and Restoration of Holy Relics"(Founded in 1988 by Carlos & Margarida Evaristo).
4) The International Crusade for Holy Relics (ICHR) is a Canonically Erected Apostolate in various European Dioceses each of which form the International Crusade for Holy Relics Federation (ICHRF) Internationally Headquartered under in the Regalis Lipsanotheca III in Ourém Castle near Fátima, Portugal built on the spot of the Romanesque Church of Saint Peter and Medieval Hermitage of Cloistered Religious Sisters that cared for the Most Blessed Sacrament and the Relic Collection of D. Afonso, IV Count of Ourém, Grandson of Saint Nuno Álvares Pereira, III Count of Ourém. António Mendes dos Santos as Chaplain General, with the Apostolate for Holy Relics Co-Founder Rev. Carlo Cecchin serving as Grand Chaplain and ICHR / Apostolate for Holy Relics Founder and Episcopal Secretary, Carlos Evaristo as International President. Both the International Crusade for Holy Relics (ICHR) and the Regalis Lipsanotheca enjoy the Patronage of the Imperial or Royal Houses of Portugal, Brazil, Italy, Austria, France, Hungary, Russia, the Two Sicilies, Hawaii and Rwanda, traditionally connected with the Cult of many Major Relics. Relic Guardian Knights are in fact Knighted by the Head of the Portuguese Royal House and Chaplains of the Regalis Lipsanotheca are Royal Chaplains.
5) The Apostolate for Holy Relics (ICHR) is a Canonically Erected Apostolate connected to the ICHR Founded by Carlos Evaristo, Monsignor José Geráldes Freire and Father Carlo Cecchin intended for the Study, Restoration, Conservation, Authentication and Re-authentication of Holy Relics. This Apostolate works closely with the Diocesan Commission for Holy Relics erected under the Most Reverend Bishop D. António Mendes dos Santos of the Diocese of São Tomé e Principe.
6) The Apostolate for Holy Relics - USA (ICHR) is a United States registered 501 3C Organization Founded by its President Thomas Joseph Serafin that acts as the North American Delegation of International Crusade for Holy Relics (ICHR) Apostolate and as such is an Sanctioned by various North American Dioceses under a Cardinal Moderator or the Public Exhibition and Veneration of Travelling Exhibits of Holy Relics and for giving talks on the Church approved teachings regarding the Relic Cult.
7) The Official League of Guardians of Holy Relic of Christendom (ICHR) is a Facebook Internet Platform created by ICHR Delegate Joseph Cono Santoro for the gathering of Relic Guardians under the International Crusade for Holy Relics (ICHR), to form proper Relic Devotees that share experiences and devotions in the Relic Cult. This platform also serves to recruit new members for the ICHR Apostolate. The Delegate maintains a Public Exhibition for Private Veneration of a Collection of Holy Relics known as Saint Joseph’s Lipsanotheca.
8) Members of the Apostolate for Holy Relics - USA (ICHR) 501 C3 Civic Organization are NOT simultaneously members of the International Crusade for Holy Relics (ICHR) Apostolate but may request membership without need of a Letter of Proposal.
9) The Royal Institute for Sacred Archeology (ICHR) is a Department of the Apostolate for Holy Relics founded by Fabio Tucci Farah (ICHR Delegate in Braziil) and Carlos Evaristo, Canonically Erected in São Paulo Archdiocese ICHR Diocesan Apostolate and Lipsanotheca "Saint Louis' Oratory" dedicated to the implementation of Norms and Guidelines for the carrying out of Archeological interventions at Holy Sites, on hallowed ground and involving the Relic of the Saints.
10) Regina Mundi Press (ICHR) is the Official Publisher of the International Crusade for Holy Relics (ICHR) founded in 1990 by Carlos & Margarida Evaristo. NOTE: The Regalis Lipsanotheca and all of the aforementioned ICHR Apostolates, Organizations and Publishing House are Departments of the Oureana Historical Cultural Foundation - The Foundation for Religious Research Founded by John Mathias Haffert that also include The Centre for Religious Research Co-Founded by Prof. Zugibe and the Canonically Erected Portuguese Centre for Sindinology and the Study of the Relics of the Passion, Founded by Eng. Fernando Lagrifa Fernandes.
