Now fully operational, the mosque provides a space for the local community to perform Namaz and hosts a Quran school under the guidance of qualified teachers, who are dedicated to helping children learn and follow the teachings of the Holy Quran. The opening ceremony for the rebuilding of Masjid Firoz Din was held on 14th December 2023 at Lower Topi, Rawalakot, Azad Kashmir. The event was graced by the distinguished presence of Hon. Mr. Sardar Yaqoob Khan, former President and Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir, and Engineer Javed Akhtar Paracha, former Joint Secretary and Chair of the Engineering Development Board, Government of Pakistan, who jointly cut the ribbon to inaugurate the mosque.

A special thanks was extended to Dr. Asrar Khan and his friends in Australia for their generous contributions, which made this reconstruction project possible, benefiting the local and rural community of Lower Topi.

The mosque was rebuilt to honor the memory of the late Mian Firoz Din, a revered religious scholar who originally established this mosque in 1905 during the Dogra Dynasty. His mission was to spread the light of Islam in the region, and the mosque served as a beacon of faith. Under his teachings and guidance, many non-believers embraced Islam, making the mosque a symbol of both spiritual enlightenment and historical significance.

Now rebuilt, the mosque continues its legacy as a hub for worship, learning, and unity for the community.
