Sunday Service Highlights

We were honored to welcome The Most Rev. Dr. Azad Marshall (Archbishop & Moderator, Church of Pakistan), together with Bishop Kaleem John, Bishop Frederick John, Bishop Aleem Anwar, Bishop Alwin Samuel, and Bishop Shahzad Gill, to St. Mary's Church, Quetta Cantonment.

The service was graciously hosted by The Rev. Fayyaz Younas. The Most Rev. Dr. Azad Marshall delivered a powerful and inspiring sermon, while the bishops led the congregation in prayer during the Sunday worship service.
The Sunday School teachers and children warmly welcomed the distinguished bishops with great joy, love, and Christian hospitality, making the occasion even more special.

Historic Milestone for the Church in Balochistan

On 26 July 2026, a historic step was taken at St. Mary's Church, Quetta Cantonment, where the official documents for the declaration of Balochistan as an Episcopal Area (Diocese) of the Church of Pakistan were signed.

The signing ceremony was led by The Most Honourable Rev. Dr. Azad Marshall (Archbishop & Moderator, Church of Pakistan), together with Bishop Kaleem John, Bishop Frederick John, Bishop Aleem Anwar, Bishop Alwin Samuel, and Bishop Shahzad Gill.

The churches of Balochistan and St. Mary's Church, Quetta, especially The Rev. Fayyaz Younas, express their heartfelt gratitude to all the bishops for their prayers, leadership, and commitment in making this historic milestone possible. We pray that God will continue to bless the Church in Balochistan and guide its future with wisdom and grace.
