Today's PMDC E-Kacheri Updates regarding MDCAT 2024:

- Syllabus will be new for 2024 which is now under review.

- Syllabus will be public within couple of weeks.

- Students should possess their own CNIC number for registration for MDCAT 2024.

- Admitting Universities will be same probably.

- MDCAT Will be conducted in the end of August or start of September.

- MDCAT result is valid for 3 years as per policies but with an equivalency formula. DTS

- The passing percentage and FSC percentage in the merit formula will be considered before announcing the syllabus.

- Further details regarding MDCAT examination will be discussed in the next E-Kachari

خدا نے ہمیں پیدا ہی کیوں کیا؟
سزا کا مقصد اصلاح ہوتا ہے،آخرت کی سزا کامقصد کیا ہے؟
ہمارا امتحان لینے کا کیا مقصد؟

سائل : خدا نے ہمیں پیدا ہی کیوں کیا ؟
مجیب : یہ سوال خدا کی صفت خلق کے متعلق ہے جبکہ صفت کے متعلق " کیوں " کا سوال ہی غیر معقول ہے کیونکہ صفت اور اسکے اظہار کے درمیان جو تعلق ہے وہ
" ہے " کا ہے " کیوں " نہیں ، جیسے سماعت کا معنی ہے سنائی دینا، یعنی سنائی دینے کا عمل صفتِ سماعت کا اظہار یا اسکی تعریف ہے!
اسکو ایک اور مثال سے سمجھیں وہ یہ کہ تصور کریں آپ ایک گاڑی میں موجود ہیں اور ڈارئیور گاڑی چلا رہا ہے ہے آپ اپنے ساتھی سے پوچھتے ہیں یہ ڈرائیور گاڑی کیوں چلا رہا ہے ؟ بتائیے کیا یہ سوال معقول ہے ؟ ہرگز نہیں ، بالکل ایسے ہی خدا کی ایک صفت ہے خالق اور اسکی اس صفت کا اظہار مخلوق کی صورت میں ہوا یہ سوال ہی نہیں بنتا کہ خالق نے مخلوق کیوں پیدا کی خلاصہ یہ کہ وہ خالق ہے اس لئے مخلوق پیدا ہوئی!

سائل : سزا کا مقصد اصلاح ہوتا ہے ، آخرت کی سزا کامقصد کیا ہے؟
مجیب : اولاً تو یہ بات سمجھ لیں کہ سزا کا مقصد صرف اصلاح نہیں ہوتا بلکہ اور بھی بہت مقاصد ہیں مثلاً سز ایک کا بڑا مقصد مجرم کی تطہیر روحانی ہے کہ مجرم کو سزا دیکر اسکے نفس و روح سے جرم کی کثافت کو دور کردیا جائے!
آپ کے سوال کا جواب یہ ہے کہ آخرت کی سزا بطورِ سزا نہیں بلکہ نتیجہ ( رزلٹ ) ہے اس امتحان کا جو دنیا میں آپ دے کر جائیں گے ، جبکہ بعض مجرموں کی تطہیر بھی ہوگی اور بعض مجرم عمر قید سزا پائیں گے بایں معنی کہ ہمیشہ ہمیشہ کیلئے جہنم میں رہیں گے!

سائل : تو ہمارا امتحان لینے کا کیا مقصد؟
تاکہ انسان خدا کی معرفت خاصل کرے پھر اسکی عبادت و ریاضت کرکے حد کمال کو پہنچ جائے ، کیونکہ انسان کے بنانے کا مقصد خدا کی معرفت و عبادت ہے اور اس معرفت کو حاصل کرنے کا جو طریقہ ہے " وہ ہے امتحان " فرض کریں اگر کوئی مقصد نہ ہوتا تو یہ انسانیت کی توہین تھی کہ انسان تو بنادیا مگر بنانے کا کوئی مقصد نہیں یہ تو حکیم ذات کی شان کے خلاف بھی ہے اور اس میں عیب بھی ، دوسری طرف امتحان کا مقصد بہت واضح ہے کہ جو کامیاب ہوا وہ جنت میں اور جو ناکام ہوا وہ جہنم میں!

When the Roman emperor sent his ambassadors to Medina to inquire about the Muslim ruler, they reached Medina and inquired about the ruler and his palace. The citizens of Madinah replied that we have no concept of a ruler, but if you ask about the administrator of our affairs, you will find him looking after the camels that guard the treasury, he has a mosque near the mosque. Lives in small quarters. Gives judicial decisions. When the ambassadors went to the appointed place, they found Omar Khattab lying on the sand in the hot afternoon sun while the whole city was resting, guarding the camels and so tired that he was sleeping there.
