I, Evangelist Parvaz Alam, Founder and Chairman of CCP Ministries Pakistan, along with the pastors’ team, traveled 65 kilometers for the purpose of outreach evangelism. During our visit to Kot Radha Kishan, we reached a small village where only a few people live, approximately 70 families in total.
We started evangelism and visited different homes, sharing the Word of God and preaching the Good News of Jesus Christ. After completing our outreach, we were preparing to return to Lahore when suddenly a small child came running toward us. He said, “My parents are calling you and requesting that before you leave, please visit our home also,” because by mistake we had missed their house during evangelism.
When we accepted their request and entered their home, we were deeply surprised and touched. The woman of the house had already prepared warm water in a large vessel before our arrival. She requested us to sit down, and as soon as the three pastors sat, she respectfully removed our shoes and began washing our feet. She showed such deep love and honor toward the servants of God. After washing our feet, she also washed our faces with a towel, applied fragrance, and then brought food for us. Out of love and respect, she even served the food into our mouths with spoons herself.
Seeing this great love and humility moved us deeply. It reminded us that even today there are still people who truly honor and serve the servants of God with sincere hearts. Tears came into my eyes, and we thanked God because we are not worthy of such honor, yet it is only by the grace of God that He gives respect to His servants.
After this, according to the Bible, we prayed for blessings upon that home and shook the dust from our feet so that, according to the Word of God, their service and love may always be remembered and recorded in heavenly places.
Please continue to pray for us, that God may keep using us for His glory, expand our ministry, and help us reach more souls with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
