Evacuee Trust Property Board It is an official page for Evacuee Trust Property Board. ETPB was constituted by the Federal Government under the Evacuee Trust Properties (M&D) Act, 1975.

Evacuee Trust Property Board is a body corporate under Ministry of Religious Affairs & Inter Faith Harmony Islamabad. It is self-financed Department, established in 1960 and is governed under the provisions of the Evacuee Trust Properties (Management & Disposal) Act 1975. The Board controls and manages about 109404 acres of agricultural land and about 46499 of built-up urban sub-unit in accordance

with two schemes namely, “Scheme for the Lease of Evacuee Trust Agricultural Land, 1975” and “Schemes for the Management and Disposal of Urban Evacuee Trust Properties, 1977. (Evacuee Trust Properties essentially are the properties attached to charitable, religious or educational trust or institutions. ETPB is a key Government Department which administers evacuee properties attached to educational, charitable or religious trusts left behind by Hindus & Sikhs who migrated to India after partition. It also maintain and upkeep places of worship belonging to Hindus and Skihs Pakistan.
