It's important that every Muslim should stay fit and healthy. Look back to our prophets, imam and sahaba all of them were fit.

It's Sunnah! We should never be dull, and lazy because as a matter of fact mostly unhealthy people live a life without purpose and always lay on their couches.

Here are a few essentials to stay fit.

1️⃣ Eat healthy // fruits, vegetables, nuts, dates, meat, honey, olive oil, etc.

2️⃣ Exercise / Walk

3️⃣ Namaz

4️⃣ Sleep atleast 6-8 hours at night.

We should never forget to Thank Allah in our high-rise time. People who never forget Allah in their good times, Allah shall not take away that time from Him.

We are blessed to be Muslims and we are blessed to have a religion that is our identity.

Everything starts with the name of Allah, the Al-Mighty. He and only he deserves all the praise, and surely he is the creator of the entire universe.

We all should start our day, our actions, our work, with the name of Allah. Whatever we do unless it's for good and follows into the principles of Islam.

Make this a practice and involve Allah in everything you do and then see how everything turns out to be in your favor. It's a matter of belief.

You'll always have peace and satisfaction.
