Groh e Akbari began its journey in 1979, as a group, that strived to bring all the people who had migrated from Hyderabad Deccan, under one roof, keeping the spirit of hyderabadi Marsiyas and Maatam alive on the other side of the border.
Groh e Akbari, since then, has been quite active in all their religious ventures, alhumdulillah. Five years ago, that is 2015, Nasir Zaidi Our Member commenced Groh e Akbari Digital journey, relaying live majlises on Facebook,hence approaching to a larger audience, even outside Pakistan.
And now, in 2020, Groh e Akbari, launches its app. Idea being conceptualised by a dedicated young member of the group, Nasir Zaidi, who has compiled all of the Groh's activities, their text,their scheduled, Hydrabadi Aza, Majaalises, Ziarat... at a click of our mobiles.
