Verses for Christian Brothers Guidance in Quran Kareem.
يٰۤـاَهۡلَ الۡكِتٰبِ لَا تَغۡلُوۡا فِىۡ دِيۡـنِكُمۡ وَلَا تَقُوۡلُوۡا عَلَى اللّٰهِ اِلَّا الۡحَـقَّ ؕ اِنَّمَا الۡمَسِيۡحُ عِيۡسَى ابۡنُ مَرۡيَمَ رَسُوۡلُ اللّٰهِ وَكَلِمَتُهٗ ۚ اَ لۡقٰٮهَاۤ اِلٰى مَرۡيَمَ وَرُوۡحٌ مِّنۡهُ فَاٰمِنُوۡا بِاللّٰهِ وَرُسُلِهٖ ۚ وَلَا تَقُوۡلُوۡا ثَلٰثَةٌ ؕ اِنْتَهُوۡا خَيۡرًا لَّـكُمۡ ؕ اِنَّمَا اللّٰهُ اِلٰـهٌ وَّاحِدٌ ؕ سُبۡحٰنَهٗۤ اَنۡ يَّكُوۡنَ لَهٗ وَلَدٌ ۘ لَهٗ مَا فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِى الۡاَرۡضِؕ وَكَفٰى بِاللّٰهِ وَكِيۡلًا ۞
اے کتاب والو! اپنے دین میں زیادتی نہ کرو اور اللہ پر نہ کہو مگر سچ مسیح عیسیٰ مریم کا بیٹا ا لله کا رسول ہی ہے اور اس کا ایک کلمہ کہ مریم کی طرف بھیجا اور اس کے یہاں کی ایک روح تو اللہ اور اس کے رسولوں پر ایمان لاؤ اور تین نہ کہو باز رہو اپنے بھلے کو اللہ تو ایک ہی خدا ہے پاکی اُسے اس سے کہ اس کے کوئی بچہ ہو اسی کا مال ہے جو کچھ آسمانوں میں ہے اور جو کچھ زمین میں ہے اور اللہ کافی کارساز،
"O FOLLOWERS of the Gospel! Do not overstep the bounds [of truth] in your religious beliefs, and do not say of God anything but the truth. The Christ Jesus, son of Mary, was but God's Apostle - [the fulfilment of] His promise which He had conveyed unto Mary - and a soul created by Him. Believe, then, in God and His apostles, and do not say, "[God is] a trinity". Desist [from this assertion] for your own good. God is but One God; utterly remote is He, in His glory, from having a son: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and none is as worthy of trust as God."
(Quran: Surah no: 4 Verse: 171)
لَـقَدۡ كَفَرَ الَّذِيۡنَ قَالُوۡۤا اِنَّ اللّٰهَ هُوَ الۡمَسِيۡحُ ابۡنُ مَرۡيَمَؕ قُلۡ فَمَنۡ يَّمۡلِكُ مِنَ اللّٰهِ شَيۡئًـــا اِنۡ اَرَادَ اَنۡ يُّهۡلِكَ الۡمَسِيۡحَ ابۡنَ مَرۡيَمَ وَاُمَّهٗ وَمَنۡ فِى الۡاَرۡضِ جَمِيۡعًا ؕ وَلِلّٰهِ مُلۡكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَا ؕ يَخۡلُقُ مَا يَشَآءُ ؕ وَاللّٰهُ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَىۡءٍ قَدِيۡرٌ ۞
بیشک کافر ہوئے وہ جنہوں نے کہا کہ اللہ مسیح بن مریم ہی ہے تم فرما دو پھر اللہ کا کوئی کیا کرسکتا ہے اگر وہ چاہے کہ ہلاک کردے مسیح بن مریم اور اس کی ماں اور تمام زمین والوں کو اور اللہ ہی کے لیے ہے سلطنت آسمانوں اور زمین اور ان کے درمیان کی جو چاہے پیدا کرتا ہے، اور اللہ سب کچھ کرسکتا ہے،
"Indeed, the truth deny they who say, "Behold, God is the Christ, son of Mary." Say: "And who could have prevailed with God in any way had it been His will to destroy the Christ, son of Mary, and his mother, and everyone who is on earth-all of them? For, God's is the dominion over the heavens and the earth and all that is between them; He creates what He wills: and God has the power to will anything!""
(Quran: Surah no: 5 Verse: 17)
وَقَالَتِ الۡيَهُوۡدُ وَالنَّصٰرٰى نَحۡنُ اَبۡنٰٓؤُا اللّٰهِ وَاَحِبَّآؤُهٗ ؕ قُلۡ فَلِمَ يُعَذِّبُكُمۡ بِذُنُوۡبِكُمۡؕ بَلۡ اَنۡـتُمۡ بَشَرٌ مِّمَّنۡ خَلَقَ ؕ يَغۡفِرُ لِمَنۡ يَّشَآءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَنۡ يَّشَآءُ ؕ وَلِلّٰهِ مُلۡكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَا وَاِلَيۡهِ الۡمَصِيۡرُ ۞
اور یہودی اور نصرانی بولے کہ ہم اللہ کے بیٹے اور اس کے پیارے ہیں تم فرما دو پھر تمہیں کیوں تمہارے گناہوں پر عذاب فرماتا ہے بلکہ تم آدمی ہو اس کی مخلوقات سے جسے چاہے بخشتا ہے اور جسے چاہے سزا دیتا ہے، اور اللہ ہی کے لئے ہے سلطنت آسمانوں اور زمین اور اس کے درمیان کی، اور اسی کی طرف پھرنا ہے،
And [both] the Jews and the Christians say, "We are God's children, and His beloved ones." Say: "Why, then, does He cause you to suffer for your sins? Nay, you are but human beings of His creating. He forgives whom He wills, and He causes to suffer whom He wills: for God's is the dominion over the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, and with Him is all journeys' end.""
(Quran: Surah no: 5 Verse: 18)
وَاِذۡ قَالَ اللّٰهُ يٰعِيۡسَى ابۡنَ مَرۡيَمَ ءَاَنۡتَ قُلۡتَ لِلنَّاسِ اتَّخِذُوۡنِىۡ وَاُمِّىَ اِلٰهَيۡنِ مِنۡ دُوۡنِ اللّٰهِؕ قَالَ سُبۡحٰنَكَ مَا يَكُوۡنُ لِىۡۤ اَنۡ اَقُوۡلَ مَا لَـيۡسَ لِىۡ بِحَقٍّؕ اِنۡ كُنۡتُ قُلۡتُهٗ فَقَدۡ عَلِمۡتَهٗؕ تَعۡلَمُ مَا فِىۡ نَفۡسِىۡ وَلَاۤ اَعۡلَمُ مَا فِىۡ نَفۡسِكَؕ اِنَّكَ اَنۡتَ عَلَّامُ الۡغُيُوۡبِ ۞
اور جب اللہ فرمائے گا اے مریم کے بیٹے عیسیٰ! کیا تو نے لوگوں سے کہہ دیا تھا کہ مجھے اور میری ماں کو دو خدا بنالو اللہ کے سوا عرض کرے گا، پاکی ہے تجھے مجھے روا نہیں کہ وہ بات کہوں جو مجھے نہیں پہنچتی اگر میں نے ایسا کہا ہو تو ضرور تجھے معلوم ہوگا تو جانتا ہے جو میرے جی میں ہے اور میں نہیں جانتا جو تیرے علم میں ہے، بیشک تو ہی ہے سب غیبوں کا خوب جاننے والا
AND LO! God said: O Jesus, son of Mary! Didst thou say unto men, `Worship me and my mother as deities beside God'?" [Jesus] answered: "Limitless art Thou in Thy glory! It would not have been possible for me to say what I had no right to [say]! Had I said this, Thou wouldst indeed have known it! Thou knowest all that is within myself, whereas I know not what is in Thy Self. Verily, it is Thou alone who fully knowest all the things that are beyond the reach of a created being's perception."
(Quran: Surah no: 5 Verse: 116)
اِذۡ قَالَ اللّٰهُ يٰعِيۡسَى ابۡنَ مَرۡيَمَ اذۡكُرۡ نِعۡمَتِىۡ عَلَيۡكَ وَعَلٰى وَالِدَتِكَ ۘ اِذۡ اَيَّدْتُكَ بِرُوۡحِ الۡقُدُسِ تُكَلِّمُ النَّاسَ فِىۡ الۡمَهۡدِ وَكَهۡلًا ۚوَاِذۡ عَلَّمۡتُكَ الۡـكِتٰبَ وَالۡحِكۡمَةَ وَالتَّوۡرٰٮةَ وَالۡاِنۡجِيۡلَ ۚ وَاِذۡ تَخۡلُقُ مِنَ الطِّيۡنِ كَهَيْئَةِ الطَّيۡرِ بِاِذۡنِىۡ فَتَـنۡفُخُ فِيۡهَا فَتَكُوۡنُ طَيۡرًۢا بِاِذۡنِىۡ وَ تُبۡرِئُ الۡاَكۡمَهَ وَالۡاَبۡرَصَ بِاِذۡنِىۡ ۚ وَاِذۡ تُخۡرِجُ الۡمَوۡتٰى بِاِذۡنِىۡ ۚ وَاِذۡ كَفَفۡتُ بَنِىۡۤ اِسۡرَآءِيۡلَ عَنۡكَ اِذۡ جِئۡتَهُمۡ بِالۡبَيِّنٰتِ فَقَالَ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا مِنۡهُمۡ اِنۡ هٰذَاۤ اِلَّا سِحۡرٌ مُّبِيۡنٌ ۞
جب اللہ فرمائے گا اے مریم کے بیٹے عیسیٰ! یاد کر میرا احسان اپنے اوپر اور اپنی ماں پر جب میں نے پاک روح سے تیری مدد کی تو لوگوں سے باتیں کرتا پالنے میں اور پکی عمر ہوکر اور جب میں نے تجھے سکھائی کتاب اور حکمت اور توریت اور انجیل اور جب تو مٹی سے پرند کی سی مورت میرے حکم سے بناتا پھر اس میں پھونک مارتا تو وہ میرے حکم سے اڑنے لگتی اور تو مادر زاد اندھے اور سفید داغ والے کو میرے حکم سے شفا دیتا اور جب تو مُردوں کو میرے حکم سے زندہ نکالتا اور جب میں نے بنی اسرائیل کو تجھ سے روکا جب تو ان کے پاس روشن نشانیاں لے کر آیا تو ان میں کے کافر بولے کہ یہ تو نہیں مگر کھلا جادو،
Lo! God will say: "O Jesus, son of Mary! Remember the blessings which I bestowed upon thee and thy mother-how I strengthened thee with holy inspiration, so that thou couldst speak unto men in thy cradle, and as a grown man; and how I imparted unto thee revelation and wisdom, including the Torah and the Gospel; and how by My leave thou didst create out of clay, as it were, the shape of [thy followers'] destiny, and then didst breathe into it, so that it might become, by My leave, [their] destiny; and how thou didst heal the blind and the l***r by My leave, and how thou didst raise the dead by My leave; and how I prevented the children of Israel from harming thee when thou camest unto them with all evidence of the truth, and [when] those of them who were bent on denying the truth were saying, `This is clearly nothing but deception!"'"
(Quran: Surah no: 5 Verse: 110)
مَا قُلۡتُ لَهُمۡ اِلَّا مَاۤ اَمَرۡتَنِىۡ بِهٖۤ اَنِ اعۡبُدُوا اللّٰهَ رَبِّىۡ وَرَبَّكُمۡۚ وَكُنۡتُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ شَهِيۡدًا مَّا دُمۡتُ فِيۡهِمۡۚ فَلَمَّا تَوَفَّيۡتَنِىۡ كُنۡتَ اَنۡتَ الرَّقِيۡبَ عَلَيۡهِمۡؕ وَاَنۡتَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَىۡءٍ شَهِيۡدٌ ۞
میں نے تو ان سے نہ کہا مگر وہی جو تو نے مجھے حکم دیا تھا کہ ا لله کو پوجو جو میرا بھی رب اور تمھا ر ا بھی رب اور میں ان پر مطلع تھا جب تک ان میں رہا، پھر جب تو نے مجھے اٹھالیا تو تُو ہی ان پر نگاہ رکھتا تھا، اور ہر چیز تیرے سامنے حاضر ہے
"Nothing did I tell them beyond what Thou didst bid me [to say]: `Worship God, [who is] my Sustainer as well as your Sustainer.' And I bore witness to what they did as long as I dwelt in their midst; but since Thou hast caused me to die, Thou alone hast been their keeper: for Thou art witness unto everything."
(Quran: Surah no: 5 Verse: 117)
وَجَعَلُوۡا لِلّٰهِ شُرَكَآءَ الۡجِنَّ وَخَلَقَهُمۡ وَخَرَقُوۡا لَهٗ بَنِيۡنَ وَبَنٰتٍۢ بِغَيۡرِ عِلۡمٍؕ سُبۡحٰنَهٗ وَتَعٰلٰى عَمَّا يَصِفُوۡنَ ۞
اور اللہ کا شریک ٹھہرایا جنوں کو حالانکہ اسی نے ان کو بنایا اور اس کے لیے بیٹے اور بیٹیاں گڑھ لیں جہالت سے، پاکی اور برتری ہے اس کو ان کی باتوں سے،
And yet, some [people] have come to attribute to all manner of invisible beings a place side by side with God - although it is He who has created them [all]; and in their ignorance they have invented for Him sons and daughters! Limitless is He is His glory, and sublimely exalted above anything that men may devise by way of definition
(Quran: Surah no: 6 Verse: 100)
قَدۡ جَآءَكُمۡ بَصَآئِرُ مِنۡ رَّبِّكُمۡۚ فَمَنۡ اَبۡصَرَ فَلِنَفۡسِهٖ ۚ وَمَنۡ عَمِىَ فَعَلَيۡهَا ؕ وَمَاۤ اَنَا عَلَيۡكُمۡ بِحَفِيۡظٍ ۞
تمہارے پاس آنکھیں کھولنے والی دلیلیں آئیں تمہارے رب کی طرف سے تو جس نے دیکھا تو اپنے بھلے کو اور جو اندھا ہوا اپنے برُے کو، اور میں تم پر نگہبان نہیں،
"Means of insight have now come unto you from your Sustainer [through this divine writ]. Whoever, therefore, chooses to see, does so for his own good; and whoever chooses to remain blind, does so to his own hurt. And [say unto the blind of heart]: "I am not your keeper."
(Quran: Surah no: 6 Verse: 104)
قَالُوۡا اتَّخَذَ اللّٰهُ وَلَدًا سُبۡحٰنَهٗ ؕ هُوَ الۡـغَنِىُّ ؕ لَهٗ مَا فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِى الۡاَرۡضِ ؕ اِنۡ عِنۡدَكُمۡ مِّنۡ سُلۡطٰنٍۢ بِهٰذَا ؕ اَتَقُوۡلُوۡنَ عَلَى اللّٰهِ مَا لَا تَعۡلَمُوۡنَ ۞
بولے اللہ نے اپنے لیے اولاد بنائی پاکی اس کو، وہی بے نیاز ہے، اسی کا ہے جو کچھ آسمانوں میں ہے اور جو کچھ زمین میں تمہارے پاس اس کی کوئی بھی سند نہیں، کیا اللہ پر وہ بات بتاتے ہو جس کا تمہیں علم نہیں،
"[And yet] they assert, "God has taken unto Himself a son!" Limitless is He in His glory! Self-sufficient is He: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth! No evidence whatever have you for this [assertion]! Would you ascribe unto God something which you cannot know?" [Q.S. Yunus:68]
