What the church needs series!
แด‡แด˜สœแด‡ั•แดœั•: สŸแดแด แด‡ า“แดส€ แด„สœส€ษชั•แด› โค๏ธ
Revelation 2:1-7

Jesus commended the church in Ephesus for their faithfulness, perseverance, and commitment to truth. Yet He also gave a sobering warning: โ€œYou have abandoned the love you had at first.โ€

It is possible to be busy serving, defending truth, and doing all the right things while slowly drifting from our first love, Jesus Christ.

โœจ Truth without love becomes arrogance.
โœจ Service without intimacy leads to exhaustion.
โœจ Intimacy without service leads to self-centeredness.

Jesus calls us to remember, repent, and return. Let us examine our hearts today: Have routines replaced passion? Has knowledge replaced love? Are we spiritually dry despite being busy?

This message challenges us to examine our own hearts. Are we still passionately in love with Christ, or have we allowed routine and service to replace genuine devotion to Him?

โ€œWhoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches.โ€โ€” Revelation 2:7

In Revelation 2-3, Jesus speaks to the seven churches with words of encouragement, correction, and a call to remain faithful. These messages are not just for the early church. They still speak to us today.

We live in a world that constantly pulls us toward success, comfort, popularity, and worldly pursuits. If weโ€™re not careful, even the Church can be influenced by these distractions and drift away from Godโ€™s heart.

This new series, โ€œWhat the Church Needs,โ€ invites us to honestly examine ourselves, return to our first love, stand firm in truth, and grow stronger together as the body of Christ. Because the Church is not just a building. Itโ€™s all of us, learning, growing, building our community and pursuing Jesus together.

๐Ÿ“– Joshua 6:1-28

The walls of Jericho did not fall because of military strength, superior weapons, or human strategy. They fell because Godโ€™s people chose to trust and obey His uncommon instructions.

When Godโ€™s way seems unusual, illogical, or beyond our understanding, our responsibility is not to question His wisdom but to submit to His will. Victory comes when faith moves us to obedience.

โœจ โ€œWhen Godโ€™s way is uncommon, submission is our action.โ€

Just as Israel marched in faith before they saw the breakthrough, may we learn to trust God even when His methods differ from our expectations. The greatest victories are often found on the other side of complete surrender.

God's love remains faithful even when we fail. He pursues us in our rebellion, disciplines us in love, and redeems and restores the broken. Like Gomer, we are recipients of God's amazing grace, and through Christ, we are welcomed back with open arms.

๐Ÿ“– Key Reminder: No one is beyond God's redeeming grace. True satisfaction is found in Jesus alone.

๐Ÿ™ Take time to reflect:
โ€ข Have I turned away from God in any area of my life?
โ€ข Have I accepted Christ's redemption?
โ€ข Am I living as one who has been redeemed?
