Alhamdulillah, I feel truly honored and blessed to have been part of this historic visit. Being there to witness and support the recognition of our revered Grand M***i, Shaykh Walid Abubakar, and the esteemed Muftun was a deeply humbling experience. May Allah ﷻ continue to guide them in their tireless service to our community, and may He bless all those who honor and uphold the sacred trust. Alhamdulillah, a historic and blessed gathering was held on October 23, 2025 at Palacio del Sur, Marcian Garden Hotel, Zamboanga City, for the Ceremonial Presentation of the Grand M***i of Region IX & Palawan, the M***i of Zamboanga City, the M***i of Zamboanga Sibugay, and the M***i of Zamboanga del Norte.

This significant event formally recognized the following esteemed Islamic leaders:
