The Al Risalah Foundation Inc. in partnership with the City Government of Zamboanga Local Government of Zamboanga City, National Commission on Muslim Filipinos-Region 9 Ifta ZamBasulta and Palawan and in collaboration with Zamboanga City Police Office, Joint Task Force Zamboanga, Philippine Coast Guard, City Health Office, City Disaster Risk Reduction and Managenent Office and Team Sapsay, invites our Muslim brothers and sisters to witness the Moon Sighting.
