Academic Year Starter 2026

A meaningful start to a new academic journey with our AMiCUS family. Through our Prayer Wall, students were able to share their prayer requests, hopes, and personal reflections as we begin this school year with faith and encouragement.

Our Photo Booth also gave us the chance to capture smiles and create memorable moments together.

We are grateful to all the students who participated and shared their prayer requests with us. Thank you as well to our AMiCUS members and graduate members for your presence, support, and active participation in making this activity a success.

In a world that constantly pushes us to stay busy and keep going, God sets a different exampleโ€”He rested. Not because He was tired, but to show us the value of pause, balance, and trust. The Sabbath is a reminder that we donโ€™t have to carry everything on our own. It is a sacred space where we can step back from our worries, lay down our burdens, and be still in His presence.

Today, choose to slow down. Breathe deeply. Reflect on His goodness and the beauty of His creation. Let your heart be renewed, your mind be at peace, and your spirit be strengthened. The Sabbath is a giftโ€”embrace it, honor it, and allow God to restore you in ways the world never can.

This verse encourages us to remain strong and courageous because we are not facing life alone. God promises His presence wherever we go, guiding us through both easy and difficult moments.
