- Steadfast - firm, remained committed to God
- Unmovable - not shaken from the truth
- Always Abounding - abundant in service, to continually grow in the grace of God

*we are not laboring [steadfastly, unmovably, and always abounding] to go to heaven
because if that is the case we don't need the grace of God

Why is there Firstfruits

*because we are prone to forget

Firstfruit acknowledges God as the source of all increase

*our income is not accidental

Firstfruit TEACHES faith and trust not fear and control

as we honor Him we do it with purpose

we are..in rebellion to the LORD..enemies of the LORD

"He must die, so that we could have GRACE"

our faith must be grounded and settled
