From Vision to Print: Apostle Arsenio and the Birth of PMCC (4th Watch) Publications
Not just a student of the Word, but a preacher with a passion for writing, Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol used every form of media to make the Word of God known. With the help of his son, then Brother Jonathan S. Ferriol established the Print Ministry.
1989 – THE WORD MAGAZINE
During the 17th National Convention in 1989, The Word Magazine was launched through the leadership of Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol, with elders and young watchers serving as staff members.
1994 – DAYSTAR PUBLISHING
The Word Subscription Program was launched this year.
1997 – Daystar began printing The Word Magazine.
2025 – Apostle Jonathan continued the legacy of the late Apostle Arsenio, evangelizing the lost and edifying the saints by launching “The Surer Word Magazine,” based on 1 Peter 1:19. This upgraded, easy-to-share faith resource is now available to everyone.
The books authored by Apostle Jonathan serve to introduce new believers to the faithfulness of the late Apostle Arsenio. Among these is the first children's book, ‘The First 4th Watcher: Apostle Arsenio Tan Ferriol,’ which he co-wrote with his youngest daughter, Sister Nicole Ferriol, who was deeply inspired by the ministry of her grandfather and Apostle.
Brother Benjamin Sico was appointed to oversee this, along with the production of a free gazette called “Sentinels” written for all 4th Watch pastors.
