Bridge Center - IBC Diliman IBC- DILIMAN KIDS' MINISTRY (BRIDGE) The team of seven professionals and volunteer workers do the teaching and feeding every Saturdays and Sundays.

BRIEF HISTORY

BRIDGE CENTER begun its root in 1998 as a ministry concentrating on the feeding and teaching of less fortunate children. Beginning with forty (40) students, volunteers opened and established feeding centers starting at Diego Silang Street Pasong Tamo, Quezon City. With funds coming from their own pockets the team continued and opened three (3) centers at Garcia, Luzon Avenue; Batasa

n and Maly, Rizal. In 2007, a woman by the name of Ms. Lilibeth Macato, who had just undergone thigh operation due to diabetes, volunteered in re-watering the centers roots and opened two (2) additional centers and then served seventy students. The root that started twelve years ago sprung into a tree that gave its inhabitants and other individuals who depend on it their needs. The Feeding Centers (its original name) was renamed BRIDGE CENTER by Rev. Benjie Bautista (current overseer) last 2009. As a man of God he dream of a foundation that will: feed; educate thru Alternative Learning System and seminars and impart values formation programs that will prevent the future youth from being a liability of the society. Currently, the team has established seventeen (17) centers with a total of 372 students/pupils with an additional 87 new students from Camarin, Caloocan City and twenty-three (23) volunteers.

Sa pamamagitan ng games, worship, lessons, at activities, natutunan ng mga bata na bawat maliit na step of faith ay mahalaga sa pagbuo ng matibay na foundation kay God.

Isang pinagpalang pagdiriwang ng pananampalataya sa ating katatapos lamang na VBS sa Kinabuan! 🤍✨

Sa bawat awitan, kwentuhan, at aralin mula sa Salita ng Diyos, mas tumibay ang pundasyon ng pananampalataya ng bawat bata. 🧱📖

Congratulations sa lahat ng ating VBS graduates! 🎓
Nawa’y manatili sa inyong puso ang mga natutunan ninyo bilang “Blocks for Eternity” — mga pundasyong magdadala sa inyo palapit sa Diyos habambuhay.

Taos-puso rin po kaming nagpapasalamat sa lahat ng aming sponsors, teachers, volunteers, parents, at sa bawat taong naging bahagi ng matagumpay na VBS na ito. Ang inyong suporta, pagmamahal, at kabutihang-loob ay naging malaking biyaya sa mga bata at sa buong gawain. 💖

Kapag Sunday, ano nga ba ang madalas nating inuuna?

Kanina, sobrang nakaka-bless habang sinasalubong yung mga bata sa church.
May isang bata na nagsabi:

“Teacher, hindi pa po kami nag-breakfast kasi inuna po namin mag-church.”

Sa simpleng words ng isang bata, pinaalala sa atin ni Lord kung ano talaga ang dapat priority.

Minsan tayo, ang daming dahilan,
pagod, puyat, busy, may iba pang lakad.
Pero yung mga batang ’to, pinili munang unahin ang Diyos bago ang pagkain, bago ang comfort.

Sabi nga sa Matthew 6:33,
“Seek first the Kingdom of God”
at lahat ng kailangan natin ay idaragdag Niya.

Hindi dahil kailangan ni Lord ang oras natin,
kundi dahil tayo ang mas nangangailangan sa Kanya.

Nakaka-touch at sobrang nakaka-motivate.

Lord, bigyan Mo kami ng faith na tulad ng sa mga bata, simple, pure, at Ikaw ang inuuna.
