Ikaw ba ni?👇

It’s easy to look like a Christian when everyone is watching. But God isn’t only concerned with the life we display in public—He sees the thoughts, choices, habits, and desires we keep hidden.

You may be able to fool people, but you can never fool God. What happens in secret still matters to Him.

Real Christianity is not about looking holy for others. It’s about allowing God to transform who you are, even when nobody else is watching. 🤍

“Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of Him.” — Hebrews 4:13 ✍🏻

It’s easy to look faithful when people are watching, but God sees the parts of our lives that no one else sees. He knows our thoughts, our choices, our struggles, and what we do in secret.

Don’t live for an image. Let your private life belong to God just as much as your public life does.

You don’t have to be perfect, but you do have to be willing to surrender, repent, and let Jesus change you.

Because real faith isn’t about looking holy in front of people—it’s about belonging to Christ even when nobody is watching. 🤍

“Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight.” — Hebrews 4:13 🙏🏻

Basaha!

Basaha!

Public worship means nothing if our private lives refuse to surrender to God.

Christianity isn’t about looking holy in front of people. It’s not a performance, a reputation, or simply what we do when others are watching. True faith is a relationship with Jesus—one that transforms our hearts, our choices, our words, and the way we live when nobody sees.

God is not only interested in our Sunday worship; He desires our everyday surrender. He sees the secret places of our hearts, the battles we fight in silence, and the decisions we make when there is no applause.

Let our worship be more than songs we sing. Let it be a life we live.

May we seek Jesus not just publicly, but privately. Not just with our lips, but with our hearts. And not just when it is convenient, but in every area of our lives. 🤍

“Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.” — Psalm 51:10

May our private lives reflect the same Jesus we publicly proclaim. ✍🏻

Death of the Pastor’s Wife on Netflix follows Mica Miller, a Myrtle Beach worship leader who met pastor John-Paul Miller at Solid Rock Church when she was 13-years-old and later married him.

The three-part series traces how that relationship turned into isolation, surveillance, and control — slashed tires, a tracker on her car, alleged cyberstalking — and how, two days after he was served with divorce papers in April 2024, Mica was found at a North Carolina park, her death was ruled to be at her own hand. Her family and friends reject the idea that the story ends there, arguing she had told police she was afraid for her life and that the man she was trying to leave was the source of that fear.

John-Paul's first wife, Alison Williams, did not appear in the Netflix docuseries. However, she had previously said in a sworn affidavit that she believed Mica Miller's account of her relationship with JP. Just one month after Mica's death, Alison gave the testimony as part of a custody modification case against. She said, "Many of the details shared with me by Mica are so similar to my own experiences with J.P. that I know she was being truthful."

On the affidavit, Williams also stated that JP admitted he had "employed prostitutes," and been "sexually inappropriate with several underage female members" of their church.

The series has been a Netflix phenomenon since it dropped on Aug. 26. It immediately hit No. 1 on the English-language TV chart, stayed there into early September, and pulled about 19 million views and 43.3 million hours in its first official tracking week; it has also been reported as No. 1 in dozens of countries.

It is landing because viewers are not just watching a tragic relationship that ended in Mica's death. They are watching a woman describe abuse inside a church marriage — a pastor husband who was supposed to represent devotion and protection — and recognizing the gap between the pulpit and what Mica said was happening at home.
