𝘈𝘵 𝘴𝘢 𝘱𝘢𝘨𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘢𝘱𝘰𝘴 𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘶𝘸𝘢𝘯, 𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘮 𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘪 𝘱𝘢 𝘵𝘢𝘱𝘰𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘯𝘢, "𝘽𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙩 𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙮𝙖𝙧𝙞 𝙥𝙖 𝙧𝙞𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙠𝙖𝙨𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙖 𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣?"

God never promised that we would never experience evil or that believers would be completely protected from suffering. But Scripture reminds us that evil never has the final word. What others may intend for evil, God can use for good (Genesis 50:20). His sovereignty is greater than evil’s intentions, and even in our darkest moments, He continues to work according to His purposes.

Sometimes, trials test and strengthen our faith, producing perseverance and maturity. Like gold refined in fire, suffering can purify us and reveal a faith that remains wholehearted toward God. At times, what we experience may also be connected to discipline or the consequences of our own decisions.

Yet through it all, God is not distant in the furnace. He is present, working, refining, and reminding us that no evil, however painful or devastating, gets the final word over His children. In Christ, we have the assurance that suffering and evil do not have the final victory. Jesus Himself suffered at the hands of evil, yet through His death and resurrection, He defeated the power of death and the devil.

We may not always understand why God allowed something to happen. But we can trust who He is in the middle of it; 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿.

Because even when evil enters our story, God is still at work. 🤍

Because faith isn’t really about having all the answers. Sometimes, it’s simply choosing to trust the One who does.

This October, we’re starting a new series: INCREASE MY FAITH.

The Bible never promises a life free from pain. Paul himself experienced hardship, persecution, and loss, yet he understood that our present suffering cannot compare to the eternal glory God is preparing for us. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹. Even in seasons we cannot understand, God can strengthen our faith, shape our lives, and turn our eyes toward what will outlast what we are going through.

When life hurts, where do we go? How do we keep trusting when we cannot see what God is doing? Tomorrow, let’s discover why suffering may be part of our story but it never has to be the end of it. See you fam! 🤍

“Lord, bakit hindi Mo na lang pigilan?”

Maybe one of the hardest questions we ask when we see evil and suffering. If God can stop it, why doesn’t He?

One answer is that God gave us the freedom to choose. And He won’t simply take that freedom away whenever we choose wrong.

But that doesn’t mean He’s distant from our pain. Jesus didn’t just watch our suffering from afar—He stepped into it, carried our pain, and paid the price for us on the cross. 🤍

𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐏 𝐂𝐀𝐍 𝐖𝐀𝐈𝐓. 💙

Last September 20, we took a pause from the rush, the pressure, and the stress — and simply allowed ourselves to 𝗨𝗡𝗣𝗟𝗨𝗚.

For a few hours, we stepped away from deadlines, notifications, expectations, and the constant need to keep going. We slowed down, shared stories, laughed, rested, and reminded ourselves that rest is not falling behind — 𝙞𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙.

Thank you to everyone who chose to pause with us. May what we experienced at 𝐔𝐍𝐏𝐋𝐔𝐆𝐆𝐄𝐃 remind us that we don’t 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 have to be connected to everything around us — we also need to reconnect with ourselves, with others, and with God. 🤍
