The Spirit of God is consistently speaking day by day. Do you hear?
The god of this world, satan himself has so blinded us with the things of this world. Worries and distresses about what our future might be. We worry about our work, job, and anything else toward an unknown. Somehow, we care so much about the things of this world. And even if we're reminded, it feels life there's no conviction at all. No action and no discipline. We always forget the times and seasons we are in. We've lost our affection on the things of God. We make it not our priority. For Affection leads us to do things easily.
Sometimes we struggled in prayer because our affection is not set on prayer. We struggle to overcome because our affection is still captured in the consciousness of this world. Yet, God said in Colossians 3:2, set your affections (mind) on the things above. We've let bitterness, worry, complacency, disappointments, anger, & pride to creep in into our hearts and take its root rather than focusing on the problem of God.
God says in revelation, the last day church is lukewarm. No hunger and thirst and preparation for what is to come. God has not redeemed us so that we can manage our life better. Redemption is beyond forgiveness. Rather, it is reinstating the divinity that was lost in the first Adam.
If God will summon you into the court of Zion, and ask you "What did you do for me that I may preserve you? What have you sacrificed for me that I may preserve your family? What are the desires you have laid into the altar of sacrifice, that I can look and say you love me? How should we answer this God?
God found us through redemption but we still haven't found God.
Now tonight, let us hear and find our God on what He will say unto our borrowed life.
