The Ascension: A Departure That Brings Us Closer

​Today, we commemorate the Ascension of the Lord the moment Jesus returned to the Father, completing His earthly mission.

​It’s easy to look at this event and feel a sense of departure or absence. But the Ascension isn't about Jesus leaving us behind; it’s about Him filling the entire universe with His presence.

​By ascending into heaven, Jesus broke the boundaries of time and space. He is no longer walking with just a few people in a specific town He is now present to all of us, everywhere, at any time.

​"And behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age." Matthew 28:20

​Bilang mga binyagang Katoliko, tungkulin nating makibahagi sa paghubog ng kinabukasan ng ating bansa. Ang ating San Lorenzo Ruiz de Manila Parish sa T'boli South Cotabato ay nagpapaalala sa atin ng kahalagahan ng pagboto nang may gabay ng ating pananampalataya.

​Halina't suriing mabuti ang mga kandidato at piliin ang mga tunay na maglilingkod nang tapat para sa masaganang kinabukasan ng Pilipinas. 🗳️

MAHALAGANG PAALALA MULA SA COMELEC:

Huwag kalimutang gamitin ang ating karapatang bumoto! Ang huling araw ng Voter's Registration para sa darating na Barangay at Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) ay sa Mayo 18, 2026 na. Magtungo na sa pinakamalapit na COMELEC office o satellite registration site sa inyong lugar bago ang deadline upang magparehistro, magpalipat, o magpa-reactivate ng inyong talaan.
