Today, we lift up Nepal in prayer. May God protect every family, bring comfort to those who are hurting, and give strength to communities facing difficult times.

We may not be able to be there physically, but we can stand with them in prayer. May God provide what is needed, guide those helping on the ground, and remind every heart that they are not alone.

Let’s continue to pray, trust, and believe that God is in control.

The Way Up Is Down.

Sa mundo, parang kailangan nating always prove ourselves, be ahead, and be recognized. But in God’s Kingdom, true greatness begins with humility. The way up is down—not because we are meant to think less of ourselves, but because we choose to put God first, serve others, and surrender our pride. When we humble ourselves, we make room for God to lift us up.

As the Scriptures say:
“For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.” — Luke 18:14

God Looks at Your Heart.

Minsan, masyado tayong focused sa how people see us—our appearance, achievements, or image. But God sees beyond all of that. He sees what’s happening in our hearts. Kaya hindi natin kailangang magpanggap before Him. Come to God honestly, with a humble heart, because He values a heart that recognizes its need for Him more than a perfect image.

Ang repentance ay hindi lang pagsabi ng “sorry”—it means turning away from sin and turning back to God. Minsan, mahirap aminin na mali tayo, pero repentance opens the door for forgiveness, restoration, and a changed life. God’s correction is not meant to destroy us; it’s an invitation to come back to Him. When we turn to God, He gives us a fresh start.

As the Scriptures say:
