CFC-SFL is a ministry of Couples for Christ Foundation for Family and Life (CFC-FFL) that focuses on the evangelization of single men and women aged 21-40 years old. CFC-SFL provides an environment to help these single men and women to live a full and meaningful life with Christ at the center of it. CFC-SFL is a Catholic Ministry where single men and women can experience Jesus Christ, know their s

tate of life, be effective and efficient in their workplace, be a strong witness of God's love and faithfulness in their family, peers, and community, where everyone can experience true brotherhood and sisterhood having God at the center of it. The Singles candidate attends a 9-week Christian Life Seminar (CLS) after which they receive support through regular Household (cell group) Meetings, Prayer Assemblies and fellowship with other brothers and sisters. Three months later, the candidate will go through the Covenant Recollection for an even deeper growth in their relationship with God and for a better understanding of their commitment to God as a community. At this point, the Singles candidate will decide whether he or she desires to enter into this covenant to be a community member of CFC-SFL.
