Our nation is facing difficult days. From floods and damaged communities to calamities affecting many families, countless lives are carrying fear, uncertainty, and loss.

In these moments, ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐˜† ๐˜„๐—ฒ ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฒ ๐˜๐—ผ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜ ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—น๐˜† ๐˜„๐—ถ๐˜๐—ต ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ป, ๐—ฏ๐˜‚๐˜ ๐˜„๐—ถ๐˜๐—ต ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜†๐—ฒ๐—ฟ. Let us pray for those affected, for families who are struggling, for communities in need, and for those who are responding and serving on the ground.

May our prayers rise for our nation. May God give strength where there is weariness, hope where there is fear, and peace in the midst of uncertainty.

As Jesus and His disciples crossed the Sea of Galilee, a great storm arose, but Jesus spoke, and the storm became still. Through todayโ€™s service, we were reminded that difficult places can become moments where God reveals His glory. And perhaps this message hits differently today. As Tarlac and many parts of Luzon face the continuing effects of Habagat, with floods, damaged dikes, and the collapse of the Aquino and Agana Bridges, many are facing fear, uncertainty, and questions about what comes next.

When we find ourselves standing before our own โ€œ๐‘น๐’†๐’… ๐‘บ๐’†๐’‚,โ€ may we not only ask, โ€œPaano ako makakaalis dito?โ€ but also, โ€œ๐—ช๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—š๐—ผ๐—ฑ ๐˜€๐—ต๐—ผ๐˜„๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—บ๐—ฒ ๐—ฎ๐—ฏ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜ ๐—›๐—ถ๐—บ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ณ?โ€

Sometimes, God doesnโ€™t immediately remove the obstacle. Through todayโ€™s service, we were led back to a simple truth: sin may make us hide, but God calls us to return. We were encouraged to draw near, confess, and come back to God instead of allowing shame to make us run away.

We may fall, but Godโ€™s grace always gives us a way back. Do not hide. Do not cover. Do not run. Draw near, confess, and return to God. โœจ
