Father alive, Jesus life.

Father alive, Jesus life. Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Corinthians 1:3 Why are we here? What does it all mean? Is there a God? What is He like?

Since the beginning of time, in times of trouble, loneliness, worry or deep contemplation, men and women have pondered the deep questions of life. Is all that we go through just meaningless and futile? Or is there something more something just outside of our abilities to discern and discover? Throughout history people have contemplated the possibility of supernatural beings who hold the keys to th

e mysteries of life. Can we prove His existence? If He does exist, why did He create us? Why doesn’t He make Himself so obvious that no one could doubt Him? Can we understand Him? Is He in some ways like us, or is He completely incomprehensible to us mere mortals? Does He care for us? Does He want to have a relationship with us? What does He expect from us? The Bible claims to be a book written for us by the great Creator God. In it are answers to all of these questions and much more. It is like an instruction book for God’s human creation, and it tells us what we need to know to approach God and really get to know Him. The articles in this section give you a peek into that wonderful truth that gives true hope to our lives. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:1

*Prayer to God the Father*

Almighty God, my Eternal Father, from the fullness of my soul I adore You. I am deeply grateful that You have made me in Your image and likeness, and that You ever hold me in Your loving embrace. Direct me to love You with all my heart, with all my soul, and with my whole mind. Direct me to love all Your children as I love myself. O, my Father, my soul longs to be united to You, and to rest in You forever. Have the Holy Spirit touch my soul so that I may love You as He does, and as Your Beloved Son Jesus does. Amen.

So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be alert and self-controlled.

Think about things in the same way that Christ Jesus thought:
He had the same nature as God.
He was completely equal with God.
But he did not try to keep hold of that.

For it has been granted to you on behalf of Christ not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for him...

Kay ang gihatag kaninyo dili lang pribilihiyo nga motuo kamo kang Cristo kondili pribilihiyo usab nga mag-antos kamo alang kaniya.

Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ. Then, whether I come and see you or only hear about you in my absence, I will know that you stand firm in one spirit, contending as one man for the faith of the gospel without being frightened in any way by those who oppose you. This is a sign to them that they will be destroyed, but that you will be saved — and that by God.

— Philippians 1:27-28

✨ Today’s Prayer ✨

O Lord, our God, King of all Ages,
raise up men and women in Your Kingdom who are ready to serve with humble hearts,
faithful in every task, big or small.
Give us leaders who walk with Jesus in humility —
those who know the weight of His cross, not only the brightness of His power.

And Father, look into our hearts with Your gentle mercy.
Cleanse us from pride, ego, and anything that keeps us from growing.
Shape us into servants who reflect Your love,
faithful in purpose and steady in spirit,
so our lives bring honor to You
and help Your Kingdom grow.

In the holy and precious name of Jesus, 🙏.

Father, strengthen my resolve as I turn away from evil and draw near to experience your presence. I don't want any imitation relationship with you. I don't want some artificial symbol of you. I want to know YOU. I want to experience YOUR presence and for you to use me as a tool of YOUR grace in the lives of others. I need your presence to settle the disquietude of my soul and reassure me of my purpose in Jesus, in whose name I pray and thank you for your presence. 🙏

The Lord your God is with you,

the Mighty Warrior who saves.

He will take great delightr in you;

in his love he will no longer rebuke you,

but will rejoice over you with singing.

It is so easy to be judgmental of others. We must remember that we don't know their struggles, circumstances, or discouragements. Most of all, we don't know their hearts. When we are judgmental, we erect a barrier between others and ourselves as we set ourselves up as superior to a brother or sister for whom Christ Jesus died! If we are not careful, we can spread our judgmental impression of them to others in gossip. Our stubbornness to only view them with a judgmental spirit erects a stumbling block that can lead them to become discouraged and cause them to stumble. Jesus warns us sternly about such a damaging practice (Matthew 18:6-7). Let's set our minds on being an encouragement and blessing to our brothers and sisters and not put an obstacle in the way of others.
