Started in monthly gathering composed by group of people then, to hundreds gathered every week today, Victory Talavera celebrates 10 years of faithfully sharing God’s Word and reaching every generation.

From one step of faith to a growing community, we continue to witness God’s faithfulness through the years. Here’s to 10 years of lives changed, faith strengthened, and generations transformed by His Word. 🙌

When we see the brokenness around us, do we feel disconnected or discouraged? Maybe we start to ask ourselves, “What difference can my life make in all this?”

It’s time to ask a different question: “What difference can the gospel make in all this?”

The gospel brings hope to all people. Hope to the hurting, freedom to the captive, and light to the darkness. And as the people of God, we are empowered by the Holy Spirit to go into every street, every community, and every nation.

We are called to preach the gospel to Everyone. Everywhere.

For the next five weeks, let us see how God has called us to proclaim and demonstrate the gospel in every sector of society and every corner of the earth.

Week 1: Proclaim Good News to the Poor
Week 2: Proclaim Liberty to the Captives
Week 3: Proclaim Recovery of Sight to the Blind
Week 4: Set at Liberty Those Who are Oppressed

We often see the workday as something mundane, something that we just need to get through. From the first ringing alarm to the end of our shift, many times “work” is just “what we do between rest days.”

On the other hand, we often see church as something ritual, something that makes the rest of our week holy.

The truth is that there is no mundane versus ritual, no sacred versus secular. Work is worship, part of our holy calling.

In the next three weeks, let us study the theology of work: how God designed work for us to flourish, and to reflect His glory in our communities.
