Gift-giving.

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life". This verse expresses God's immense love, offering salvation and everlasting life to anyone who believes in Jesus Christ, His Son, preventing them from perishing.

John 3:16 (NIV)

Key Points of John 3:16 (NIV)
God's Love: God's love ("so loved") for the world is profound and sacrificial.

The Gift: He gave His "one and only Son," Jesus, as the ultimate expression of that love.
