Leadership Conference 2026

With a vision to strengthen the Body of Christ in Albay, Destiny Church Albay hosted its first-ever Leadership Conference on April 25, 2026 at Casa Vera’more, Tabaco City.

This mission activity gathered 130 pastors and leaders from different churches across the province for a day of worship, fellowship, and leadership equipping.

Our Senior Pastor, Pastor Leo Carlo Panlilio, shared powerful messages on godly leadership anchored on the 4Ps Values of Destiny Church: Pag-asa, Presence, Passion, and Purpose. The group discussions, facilitated by Destiny Church Bicol leaders, were patterned after the John Maxwell Transformation Table, allowing everyone to reflect more deeply on God’s Word and how it can be lived out in our daily lives.

Held against the backdrop of Mayon Volcano, then erupting under Alert Level 3, the conference became even more meaningful, a reminder that even in uncertain times, God continues to gather, strengthen, and move His people for His purpose.

Indeed, it was a refreshing time of prayer, worship, learning, fellowship, and transformation, all for God’s glory. 🙌

God designed life with a rhythm: work and rest.
Pero minsan, kahit nagpapahinga tayo, pagod pa rin, because what we need is not just physical rest, but rest for the soul.

In Matthew 11:28, Jesus said
“Come to me… and I will give you rest.”

Simple lang:
1. Come to Jesus
2. Walk with Jesus
3. Receive His rest

Real rest is not the absence of work, it is in the presence of God.

If you are tired today, come. Not later, but now. 🙏
