๐‚๐๐‚๐€๐ˆ ๐˜๐Ž๐”๐“๐‡, in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Carrascal, thru the Municipal Youth Development Office, joins the nationwide observance of ๐‹๐ˆ๐๐†๐†๐Ž ๐๐† ๐Š๐€๐๐€๐“๐€๐€๐ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”.

As we celebrate LNK 2026, we pray for a generation of young people who walk in unity, care for creation, serve their communities, and remain deeply grounded in faith. May we choose to be a generation that does not merely witness change, but becomes the light that helps bring it.
