The answer is found in the resurrection. Jesus has already secured the victory over sin and death. Because of Him, we are called to live with purpose. His resurrection is not only a promise of eternity, but also a present empowerment for us to live faithfully, sacrificially, and wisely.

Brothers and sisters, we do not walk this journey alone. God is with us as we pursue the purpose He has given. His grace is sufficient, and His power sustains us. In the end, it is His Word that stands above allโ€”because He has .

We all have things we are hopeful for this year; goals we set for our families, school, or careers. Hope is what keeps us moving forward when tasks get difficult. But as believers, our hope is built on something much deeper than just a positive outlook or a successful plan. It is built on a historical fact: the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

If Jesus had not risen from the grave, our faith would be useless and our preaching would have no point. Without the resurrection, the Gospel would just be a nice story with no power to save. But because Jesus truly rose from the dead, we have proof that He is exactly who He said He is. His victory over death validates every promise God has ever made to us.

This means your hope is secure. Because Christ is alive, your sins are forgiven and your future is certain. We don't have to live in fear of the future or the sting of death. We know that what we see in this life is not all there is. We have an inheritance waiting for us that will never fade away.

This week, let your perspective be changed by the truth that Christ has risen. Stop living as if this life is all you have. Instead, live with the confidence that your salvation is a "done deal." Reach out to someone this week and share the reason for the hope you have. Our King is alive, and because He lives, we can face tomorrow with joy.

For every Christian, the gospel is essential as it serves as the foundation of our faith. In its heart is the resurrection of Christ for it affirms Jesusโ€™ perfect life, His sacrificial death, and His victory over sin and death. Because of this, we are offered forgiveness, new life, and the assurance of eternal life. It also fulfills Godโ€™s promises in Scripture, revealing His faithfulness.

The resurrection is not just a belief but a historical reality witnessed by many, giving our faith a firm foundation. It has the power to transform livesโ€”just as Paul was changed from a persecutor into a preacherโ€” it changes our heart and compels us to share the gospel. When we truly experience Christโ€™s grace, we are driven to also proclaim of it to others so that they too will experience the transforming power and love of Jesus .

The passage describes a suffering servant who endured rejection, pain, and injustice on behalf of others. This servant, mentioned in the Old Testament, is fulfilled in Jesus Christ, who willingly bore suffering despite being innocent. He carried the weight of human sin, taking upon himself the punishment meant for others. His wounds are understood not as defeat, but as the means of complete healing and salvation.

Jesusโ€™ sacrifice ended suffering in its deepest sense once and for all. His death and resurrection is our victory over sin and its consequences, being the bridge to our lasting peace and reconciliation with God. And, rather than ongoing sacrifice, his act is a complete and sufficient sacrifice once and for all.

What He finished on the cross still stands todayโ€”our redemption is already paid for.
