Last April 17–19, 2026, 13 chapel youth servants—who are also members of MFC Youth—together with other members of community, attended the MFC Youth’s annual event, the World Youth Congress, entitled “Rooted & Built Up,” held at the Baguio Convention Center in Baguio City, Benguet.
Beyond the refreshing beauty and cool breeze of Baguio, the experience became even more meaningful as they encountered a deeper understanding of what it truly means to be rooted in Christ. Through inspiring talks, heartfelt worship, and meaningful fellowship, each participant was reminded that faith is not only something we receive, but something we intentionally nurture, live out, and share with others.
They came home renewed and strengthened—more grounded in God’s love, more steadfast in their faith, and more passionate in their mission to serve. The congress was not just an event, but a powerful affirmation that when we are firmly rooted in Christ, we are built up to become instruments of His grace in our families, communities, and beyond.
With grateful hearts and renewed spirits, they now look forward to the next World Youth Congress—see you next year in Bataan!
