‎✨ Friday Fellowship Reflection 📖
📅 July 24, 2026
🎤 Sir Joebert S. Alon

‎Joshua 3:5–17
‎
‎"Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will do amazing things among you."— Joshua 3:5
‎
‎KaFAITHid! 🤍
‎
‎Have you ever stood before a situation that seemed impossible? Have you wondered how to move forward when you couldn't see what was ahead?
‎
‎As the Israelites stood before the overflowing Jordan River, God called them to consecrate themselves—to prepare their hearts because He was about to do something amazing. The miracle didn't happen before they obeyed. It happened when they stepped out in faith.
‎
‎✨ Three reminders for us today:
‎
‎👣 Walk in Faith
‎Faith means taking the first step even when you can't see the whole path. Trust that God goes before you.
‎
‎🌱 Trust the Process
‎God's timing is always perfect. Every season of waiting, every challenge, and every delay is preparing you for His promises.
‎
‎❤️ Obey His Word (Joshua 22:5)
‎Obedience is our response to God's love. While disobedience has consequences, obedience opens the door to experiencing God's favor, provision, and faithfulness.
‎
‎May we be people who choose faith over fear, trust over doubt, and obedience over convenience. Just as God made a way through the Jordan River, He is able to make a way for us as we faithfully follow Him.
‎
‎🙏 Walk by faith. Trust His process. Obey His Word.

Blessed Saturday everyone! See you every Friday at Christian Community Church Purok Rosas Poblacion Lake Sebu. 🙌🤍

‎✨ Profitable Things ✨
‎text: Philippians 3:4-8

‎We often chase the things this world calls profitable—success, achievements, recognition, and possessions. While these may have value, the question remains:
‎
‎What is the greatest gain that truly profits our lives?
‎
‎Sometimes we learn through our mistakes, yet God's Word reminds us:
‎
‎"There is no one righteous, not even one." — Romans 3:10
‎
‎The Apostle Paul had every reason to boast. He had an honorable heritage and an impressive reputation. He was born into a Jewish family, from the tribe of Benjamin, and was a Pharisee who zealously followed the Law (Philippians 3:4–8).
‎
‎His qualifications could be divided into two categories:
‎
‎🔹Inherited – His birth, family, and heritage.
‎🔹 Earned – His accomplishments, status, and religious devotion.
‎
‎Yet Paul declared that everything he once considered valuable was loss compared to the surpassing worth of knowing Christ.
‎
‎He moved everything from the "Assets" column and placed JESUS CHRIST as his one and only greatest Asset.
‎
‎The reality is this:
‎
‎• Human righteousness can never meet God's perfect standard.
‎• Even our best works are still stained by sin.
‎• Apart from God's grace, we cannot make ourselves right with Him.
‎
‎Jesus said:
‎
‎"Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect." — Matthew 5:48
‎
‎That standard is impossible for us to achieve on our own.
‎
‎But here's the Good News! ❤️
‎1 Corinthians 1:30 NLT
‎[30] God has united you with Christ Jesus. For our benefit God made him to be wisdom itself. Christ made us right with God; he made us pure and holy, and he freed us from sin.
‎
‎Jesus Christ is our righteousness.
‎
‎Through His grace, He forgives our sins, cleanses our hearts, and makes us right before God when we place our faith in Him.
‎
‎Our greatest need is not more success, wealth, achievements, or recognition.
‎
‎Our greatest need is salvation through Jesus Christ.
‎
‎As you reflect today, ask yourself:
‎
‎🤍 Have I exchanged my earthly assets for Christ?
‎
‎Because when everything else fades away...
‎
‎Christ alone is our greatest gain. ✝️
‎
‎Philippians 3:8 NLT
‎[8] Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I could gain Christ

‎📖 Trusting God in Every Season
‎📆 July 12, 2026
‎🎤 Pastor Andro M. Kilam
‎
‎Text: Proverbs 3:5–6
‎
‎Life is a journey filled with different seasons. There are seasons of waiting, praying, hoping, rejoicing, disappointment, rejection, and even seasons when God's answer is "No."
‎
‎Take a moment to ask yourself:
‎
‎• What season of life am I in right now?
‎• Am I waiting on God?
‎• Am I praying for a breakthrough?
‎• Am I trusting Him even when I don't understand?
‎
‎No matter what season you're facing, God's invitation remains the same:
‎
‎"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." (Proverbs 3:5–6)
‎
‎1️⃣ Trust in the Lord with all your heart.
‎Don't put your confidence in your career, position, finances, or abilities. These are blessings, but they can never replace God. Faith is believing His promises even when you cannot see the road ahead.
‎
‎2️⃣ Lean not on your own understanding.
‎Our knowledge is limited, but God's wisdom is perfect. Isaiah 55:8–9 reminds us that His thoughts and His ways are far higher than ours.
‎
‎3️⃣ In all your ways acknowledge Him.
‎Invite God into every area of your life—not only on Sundays or during difficult times. Let prayer be your first response, God's Word your daily nourishment, and obedience your lifestyle.
‎
‎4️⃣ He shall direct your paths.
‎God doesn't promise an easy path, but He does promise His guidance. Sometimes He leads through valleys, sometimes to mountaintops, and sometimes He asks us to wait. He may not reveal the entire journey, but He always gives enough light for the next step.
‎
‎How can we practice trusting God?
‎🙏 Begin each day with prayer.
‎📖 Read and meditate on God's Word daily.
‎❤️ Obey God, even when it's difficult.
‎⏳ Wait patiently for His perfect timing.
‎🙌 Remember His faithfulness.
‎
‎The same God who was faithful yesterday is the same God who is faithful today, and He will continue to be faithful tomorrow.
‎
‎Trust Him in every season. He knows the way.
‎
‎
‎
‎Blessed Sunday, everyone!
