Twelve Years of God's Faithfulness. Christ Alone Be Glorified.

With hearts full of gratitude, we celebrate the 12th Church Anniversary of Bethany Baptist Church, Silang, Cavite, giving all praise to the Lord who has faithfully sustained His church through every season.

For twelve years, God has been pleased to magnify His grace through the faithful preaching of His Word, the proclamation of the Gospel, and the work of Christ in saving souls and strengthening His people. Every blessing we have received reminds us that "Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it." (Psalm 127:1, KJV).

This anniversary is not a celebration of what we have accomplished, but of what God has done. We rejoice in His faithfulness and renew our commitment to stand upon His Word, preach the Gospel without compromise, disciple believers, support world missions, and exalt the Lord Jesus Christ in all things.

As we enter another year of ministry, may we continue to be steadfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that our labour is never in vain when it is done for Him.

The heartbeat of our 12th Church Anniversary was never the occasion itself—it was Christ and His glorious Gospel.

With grateful hearts, we praise God for every soul who came to hear the preaching of His Word. Our earnest prayer is that every hearer would behold the Lord Jesus Christ, the only Saviour of sinners, for "neither is there salvation in any other" (Acts 4:12, KJV).

The Church's greatest commission is not merely to gather a crowd, but to faithfully proclaim "Jesus Christ and him crucified" (1 Corinthians 2:2, KJV), calling lost sinners to repentance and faith through the Gospel. May the incorruptible seed of the Word continue to bear fruit unto eternal life, and may Christ alone receive all the glory for every soul reached.

Join us as we celebrate the 12th Anniversary of God's Faithfulness in the ministry of Bethany Baptist Church – Silang on July 19, 2026!

Our theme for this year's anniversary is:

"NO COMMITMENT, NO ACCOMPLISHMENT"
"So the wall was finished in the twenty and fifth day of the month Elul, in fifty and two days. And it came to pass, that when all our enemies heard thereof, and all the heathen that were about us saw these things, they were much cast down in their own eyes: for they perceived that this work was wrought of our God."
— Nehemiah 6:15–16 (KJV)

This theme reminds us that every work accomplished for the Lord requires wholehearted commitment, steadfast faith, and complete dependence upon Him. Above all, it testifies that the work of God is accomplished by His power and for His glory alone.

As we reflect upon the past twelve years, our hearts are filled with thanksgiving for the LORD's unfailing faithfulness, sustaining grace, and gracious providence. Every soul reached, every life transformed by the gospel, every ministry established, and every victory experienced has been by the grace of God alone. To Him belongs all the praise, honor, and glory.

As we prepare for this significant occasion, we humbly ask for your prayers. Please pray that every detail of this celebration will be directed according to the perfect will of God, that Christ will be exalted in every aspect of the services, that the preaching of His Word will faithfully proclaim the gospel, and that many souls will come to know the Lord Jesus Christ as Saviour.

We warmly invite you, your family, and your friends to join us as we gather to worship the Lord, rejoice in His faithfulness, and give thanks for His wonderful works. May this anniversary not simply commemorate another year of ministry, but magnify the goodness of God and encourage us all to remain steadfast in serving Him until He comes.

VBS 2026 – "The Great Rescue" | Part 3 of 3:

Another month will soon pass, yet we continue to stand in awe of the goodness and faithfulness of the LORD.

Though this post comes a little late, the blessings the LORD bestowed and the truths of His Word remain as fresh as ever. Time may pass, but His faithfulness never fades, and His mighty works continually give us every reason to praise His Holy Name. It truly feels like only yesterday when the LORD graciously allowed us to gather for Vacation Bible School 2026 – "The Great Rescue," centered on Exodus 14:13 (KJV): "Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD..."

What a glorious reminder that salvation is of the LORD. As God alone delivered Israel from Egypt by His mighty hand—not by their own strength, wisdom, or effort—so no sinner can save himself. Our only hope is found in the Lord Jesus Christ, who, by His finished work on the cross, His burial, and His glorious resurrection, accomplished the redemption that no human effort could ever obtain. May every lesson taught, every hymn sung, every memory verse learned, and every Gospel seed sown continues to point precious souls to Christ, the only Saviour and Friend of sinners.

To our great God alone be all glory, honour, and praise, for He alone is worthy!
