โ€œMen of Galilee, why are you standing there looking at the sky?โ€ (Acts 1:11)

Today, we solemnly celebrate the Ascension of the Lord โ€” the glorious return of Christ to the Father, where He reigns in majesty and continues to guide His Church. As Jesus ascended into heaven, He did not leave us alone; rather, He entrusted us with the mission to live the Gospel faithfully and to become witnesses of His love in the world.

May this sacred solemnity deepen our hope in Godโ€™s promises and inspire us to lift our hearts toward heavenly things. Let us pray for the grace to follow Christ with renewed faith, steadfast hope, and loving service, as we await the fulfillment of His Kingdom.

Lord Jesus, as You ascended into heaven, lead us ever closer to You and keep our hearts fixed on Your eternal presence.
Amen.

Today, we celebrate the Ascension of the Lord and World Communications Day.

As Jesus ascended into heaven, He entrusted His disciples with the mission to proclaim the Gospel to all nations. In this modern age of communication, may we also use our voices, words, and platforms to spread truth, hope, kindness, and Godโ€™s love.

May we become instruments of peace and faithful witnesses of Christ in every message we share.
