Being a leader is never easy.
Hindi lahat maiintindihan ka.
Hindi lahat susuporta sa’yo.
May mga mag-ooppose.
May mga magrereklamo.
May mga magmu-murmur.
Just like Moses when he led the Israelites out of Egypt. Imagine—he obeyed God, left his comfort zone, faced Pharaoh, witnessed miracles… yet along the way, the people still complained.
• “Bakit mo kami dinala dito?”
• “Mas okay pa sa Egypt.”
• “Wala kaming pagkain.”
• “Wala kaming tubig.”
And yet, Moses kept going.
Why?
Because he knew one thing: he was doing what the Lord asked him to do.
Leadership is not about applause.
It’s about obedience.
Hindi basehan ang dami ng pumapalakpak.
Ang basehan ay kung sumusunod ka ba sa tinawag sa’yo ni Lord.
If you are a leader right now and you feel tired…
If you feel misunderstood…
If you feel like people question your decisions…
Remember this:
God did not call you to be popular.
He called you to be faithful.
Every opposition is part of the process.
Every criticism can refine you.
Every complaint cannot cancel the calling of God in your life.
The same God who called Moses is the same God who sustains leaders today.
So don’t quit.
Don’t shrink back.
Don’t let murmurs silence your mission.
If God placed you there, He will equip you.
If God assigned you, He will sustain you.
If God called you, victory is already written in obedience.
Lead with humility.
Lead with courage.
Lead with faith.
Because at the end of the journey, it’s not about who opposed you—
It’s about Who sent you. 🙏
